Excellent stay we will definitely come back!!

Nice hotel and clean

Generally we have enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location, view, many available amenities, deco of the hotel, family a**osphere, friendly staff and food -especially buffet. But the first cold night the heating, that we paid for, was out of service air condition and central. The people that were available to talk to at night in the reception weren't able to help. The next morning they manage to send a technician- that we demanded -and the problem was fixed but nobody came us to discuss any payback to us in any way as it was a lost paid service. Plus, despite that I have booked a room for two adults and two kids, 9-year-old and less than two years,they told me that they could not see that at their system. They said that, they will arrange it. Finally they charged us without any prior notice, despite I have paid online our stay.

Breakfast was ok. There was an electricity issue from 5:40 am . We call reception at 6:20 they told us they were trying to fix it with no giving timelines. I told them i have an infant as he was cold, and they did not help at all. The electricity did not come back at least until 8 and they did not show any support or offer any help.

Μέσα στον Νοέμβριο κάναμε δύο διαφορετικές κρατήσεις αρχές και τέλος του μηνός μας έδωσαν σχεδόν το ίδιο δωμάτιο δηλαδή ήταν 223 μετά 225 τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν κλιματισμό και θέρμανση όλα ελεγχόμενα από την διεύθυνση αν θέλουν σου θέτουν αυτή την παροχή!! Το κρύο το νοιώθεις είναι παντού!! Καλό πρωινό και το μπουφέ μπορώ να πω έκαναν φιλότιμες προσπάθειες!! Επίσης στα δωμάτια δε παρέχουν βραστήρα τουλάχιστον να κάναμε κανένα ζεστό ρόφημα!! Το ξενοδοχείο με λίγη προσπάθεια μπορεί να βελτιωθεί κατακόρυφα επίσης κατέλαβαν προσπάθεια να είναι όμορφα στολισμένο λόγω Χριστουγέννων!!! Το συστήνω γιατί μου αρέσει η περιπέτεια και η άγρια φύση!!!

We went to eat at the a la carte restaurant and my pork stew was stone cold so I asked for it to be reheated. My partner had souvlaki and it was very tough. For 45 euros it was a huge disappoin**ent. We wouldn't stay at the hotel based on this. The serving staff were very polite and friendly however. Not their fault.

We just arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the friendly staff. A big shoutout to the reception staff who gave us one of the best rooms in the hotel with a view facing the village. The weather is perfect! I highly recommend everyone to come here and have an amazing experience.

Bed was comfortable and room was a good size and clean which is more than I can say for the corridor carpet. The restaurant wasn't open just the cafe with bar food. Staff were friendly but there was a lot of noise from other rooms. The hotel is housing some refugees. There was also a very loud buzzing noise from the water tank every time any room turned on a top or flushed a toilet which happened every few minutes making it impossible to sleep. Hence the low star rating

Needs rennovation in general Warm room with heating units Lobby has a lot of space to sit and relax Lack of service in Cafe and Restaurant. Looking for waitress to order and had attitude in some cases. Buffet in chris**as lunch did not have a lot of options. I was expecting at least two more main options.
