We had a truly wonderful and relaxing stay at the hotel. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Upon arrival, we were greeted with their unique and delightful ritual of drumming and singing, setting the tone for a fantastic experience. Our personal butler, Vijitha, was outstanding and provided exceptional service, ensuring all our needs were met. The food choices were varied and delicious, and the evening drumming and dancing event was a treat. What stood out the most was how much the staff cared for our kids. They truly went out of their way to interact with them, making it a memorable experience for the entire family. If you're looking for a place to unwind and recharge while enjoying unparalleled hospitality, this is the perfect destination. Highly recommended!

Starting from front desk to F&B to housekeeping, all the staff were courteous and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They all had a smile on their faces all the time.

Loved the experience here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists who are visiting Kandy for the first time. We were given varieties of food for both breakfast and dinner. Also personally i got to enjoy my breakfast with a beautiful river view. The hospitality was wonderful as well. Thank you Oak ray for the wonderful stay.
