Located at near to Railway Station and Bus Stand. Hotel atmosphere is good. Service and Response is good. Many Restaurants available near by the Hotel.

I found the atmosphere at the hotel very relaxing and comfortable. The room ambience was very welcoming and the staff behaviour and interaction were very polite and customer friendly. Their dinning room facility was very good and food served was of good quality.

The plus points are the location of the property, the staff who were very polite and helpful, and good sleeping mattress. Si basically good for an overnight stay because of convenience. Hotel managent could have invested in better linens in the room and there are no hand towels or tissues avaiable in the room. Only two worn out bath towels were avaiable. Also toilets dont have any bath curtains. A small investmwnt can make a world of difference. I will not recommend a non aircon room

The hotel is outdated. Quality of the bed and other facilities is poor. Breakfast was good. Service is also average. The room is not worth for the money. We will get good facilities for the same amount of money from other hotels

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Only dissapointment was the food menu. Half of the items listed in the room service memu were not available. Overall a good experience

Excellent location, very near to the railway station. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel room is not clean and not well maintained. The cable tv service (acv) was always disrupted and many important channels were not available due to either the non-payment of subscription or not subscribed at all. The room service was good. The reception staff, generally, were not friendly.

Our stay at royal omar's was a pleasant experience. The hotel staff are well trained and always ready to help or respond. The room and toilet was clean. The food was good and ready on time. Request for taxi was promptly arranged. The taxi arrived on the dot and the driver was very polite. The taxi too was very clean. Sorry, no images.

1. No A/C working only 1hr it was working
2. Bad Smell in the room
3. they have Changed room but that room also same bad smell can't stay more then 2hrs thet r waste time. Compliment breakfast was ok
