Hi, This is certainly the best hotel in Kanpur, I would like to specially shoutout for Bhumika from front desk for her exceptional customer service during our stay, one of my colleague who gets unwell during the stay and the amount of help and care we get from the entire team was certainly commendable . Kudos to the entire team regenta!

This was our second visit to stay in this hotel (2018 & 2024) Both times our experience at Regent Central has been amazing. Wonderful surrounding and a**osphere. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to fulfil our requests. Very accommodating. Everything about the hotel was great. The room was the well stocked and comfortble with all essential. It was clean and roomy. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The waiters (Ravish, Rahul & Shabnam) were attentive. and informative. We were once again very happy with our stay.

Delicious breakfast, good variety and hot hot items that are served to your seat. Dosa, poori Bhaji, and ***y others. Taste was extra fresh and coffee tea also. Service was attentive and quick. There is fruit selection,yogurt and other continental options.

The room and service was beyond my expectations. Very generous staff. My checkout with Bhoomika was very prompt and hassle free. Definitely recommend

The stay was very comfortable and nice at Regenta for 2 days. Everyone from Reception area (Ms. Bhoomika) to room service to housekeeping was polite and helpful.
