Very comfortable stay over in southern Namibia with a well laid out campsite. Lodge swimming pool offers good respite from the desert heat.

We stayed at Klein Aus vista for one night at the beginning of May and it did not disappoint. Beautiful ablutions with good area to wash dishes or do hand washing. Staff is very friendly and the service at the bar is great. Would like to stay a few more nights next time to explore the hiking, mountain biking and surrounding area.

Epic experience. Great food. Hospitality 5 star. A must stay when you come to Namibia. All staff were so friendly.

We had a lovely 2 day stay in the chalets and spent the day hiking around the mountain and swimming and lounging around the very nice pool. Sundowners and dinner on the veranda rounded off a perfect stay! Breakfast was also very good and we had a nice chat with Johan.

Our stay at the campsite was amazing. Facilities and campsite were clean and surrounded by stunning nature. Staff was very friendly. We can especially recommend the Walk to the Desert Horse Vista Point.

Nice campingsite, beautiful views, enough space, clean abblutionfacilities. The first evening a bit loud neighbours. Walked the Schutztruppe trail :) We felt safe and it was wonderful to have the possibilities of using the swimmingpool and eat a pizza for lunch at the restaurant.

Loved our stay at Klein Aus Vista! Very clean campsite with braai and also table, and electricity. Wonderful location, walked to the viewpoint which was so beautiful! Really enjoyed our stay there. Be prepared for a cold night so take an extra blanket if you come in August. Only minus I can think of was our loud snoring neighbour who parked his car a little to c,lose to our side.

What a nice place to stay after a long drive - and the quirky decor must be seen! Be ware that it is a bit of a drive to the canyon viewpoint. Friendly service, comfortable room and great meals! Highly recommended

May 2022 - Two night stay. Visited Aus as stop on self drive. Lovely desert area, comfortable rooms, much improved dining experience. We stayed in the main lodge duplex style rooms. Very nice room, clean, comfortable, nice amenities for property at this price point. We have stayed here several years ago (pre-pan) and were much happier with this dining experience (we were on DBB plan). Plated dinner service was much better quality than former buffet and our ‘ compliment’s to the chef’ for a tasty and creative menu. Great base for exploring Aus area, search for desert horses, and visit to Kolmonscop? abandoned desert town near Luderitz. Hiking trails and desert park also nearby. Pleased with our experience on this trip.
