ザ・ランドリールームズ・ステーションパーク・キッチナー(The Laundry Rooms Station Park Kitchener)

Don’t get confused. This is not an hotel. This is AirBnB properties hidden in a residential tower in downtown Kitchener.

The suite itself is well appointed, clean and comfortable. However, it is noisy as the laundry and any noise in the hall is easily heard in the apartment. Many of the amenities were non functional (spa, bowling alley), the gym is overheated with no access to water. The wifi is good in the apartment but there is no wifi anywhere else in the building - so in the gym or common areas you need to use cellular. The building itself seemed run down, not clean and where renovation was happening it was dirty and not cleaned up. I would not stay again.

Great place to stay as a family. Enough space for privacy, simple, convenient services in the room all basically new. Walking distances to restaurants (have to pass under a bridge but close enough). Pool table and fussball in a lounge. Great communications from the staff team.

Our stay was interesting. It does take extra work to book parking and the room. There seemed to be a limit on keys which is weird ( although we got one others didn’t ge tit immediately. We had two fire drills but I give them full credit for dealing with them Quickly . We lost water in the middle of the night but was resolved before we got up in the morning. All In all was woth it because the bedding and towels were 6 stars , it was quiet and had absolutely everything we needed. The host was quick with responses and available at every minute. That made it worth coming back for sure .

I loved staying here! Brand new building (the concierge at the front desk said it had been there about a year). Booking was easy and check in was quick. They were super accommodating to our early check in. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent value for money! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. A beautiful view of the city and walkable to good restaurants.

Girlfriend and i stayed here for 6 days on the top floor. Great view, clean rooms with tons of facilities and amenities scattered around, and a scarily fast elevator. This place made our trip very special to the point that we stayed in for a full day to relax and never got bored.

Stayed one night in the family apartment. Great view of the city. Very clean. Nice modern apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

The whole process was amazing. The condo was super clean, modern, and a wonderful view. Umang the fella that helped me was amazing as well Highly recommend.
