「stay was good, the service wasn't bad the facilities wasn't all that great because they were doing some construction work there while guest was there no I didn't enjoy the breakfast because every morning is the same thing for breakfast but overall the room was nice and clean bathroom was well clean the only problem I have is they can provide bottle water in each room and a kettle in case you fell sick or you need a cup of warm tea but apart from that everything was ok I would go back or recommend anyone to the inn」

「I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls. The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided. The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.」
