部屋は広く、ファミリールームのソファベッドは2名まで宿泊可能です。ティーキャビネットにはコーヒーメーカーがありますが、電子レンジやケトルはありません。小さな冷蔵庫があります。温水プールは良かったです。私たちのお気に入りは、あらゆる年齢の人がさまざまなアクティビティを選べるウォーターパークです。チェックアウト時間は11:00です。ホールでは感謝祭とクリスマスに家族向けの音楽イベントが開催されます

私はこのホテルに滞在するのが大好きです。広としていて清潔。私は最後の分にこのホテルを予約し、予約が確認された直後にホテルから確認メールが送られました。すべてが新しく快適に使用できます。キッチン用品と素晴らしいサポートとキングマットレスのモダンなデザイン。静かなエアコン、地下のランドリールーム。両方のミラーエリアはとても暗く、化粧には適しておらず、エリア全体もそうでした。ナイフはびていて、鍋や鍋は傷つき汚れていて、電子ケトルに汚れていました。化粧袋のカウンタースペースはありません。ホテルの外の非常に大きな駐車場。弱い水圧。シャワー用品、服、タオル用のラックはありません。それにもかかわらず、これはナイアガラでそれらの有名なブランドホテルと比較して最高のホテルですが、古くて小さく、悪い状態にあります。

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls. The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided. The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.

This was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

思ったよりもナイアガラ中心地より遠く、また本来ならホテル目の前に止まる市バスが便利なのですが、市バスの発着状況がGoogleと連動しておらずかなり惑わされました。レンタカーがある方にはよいかもしれません。ホテル内装は普通・清潔。やや照明が暗いです。子供はプレイルームやプールに大喜び。ゲームセンターのバウチャーなどもくださり、スタッフはとても親切でした。洗濯機がありますが、部屋によってはカバナを通過せねばならず遠いです。そのカバナで夜遅くまで騒ぐグループもおり、子連れでも平気で声をかけてくるので不快でした。

建物の造りは、慣れていないと分かりにくいです。スタッフの対応もほとんど、あるいは全く役に立ちませんでした。高齢の母が部屋に行く必要があると説明した後、2度も頼みましたが、対応は全く親切ではなく、プロ意識も全くありませんでした。 部屋は清潔で、エアコンも問題なく効きました。朝食はフルーツがもう少しあれば良かったと思います。ベジタリアンには物足りませんでした。

部屋はとても素敵で清潔で、立地も良く、駐車場も含まれていたので本当に助かりました。唯一の問題は、チェックアウトに30分ほど追加でお願いしたのですが、問題ないと言われたものの、2回もドアをノックされたことです。それ以外はとても快適な滞在でした。皆さんにおすすめします。

The falls view room had really good view of the falls, Liked it. Liked the pressure in the taps. The location was good, and hotel was connected to casino and shops. The bathroom toilet got clogged multiple times. And also the water was not draining from the bath tub it was really slow. Also $35 parking was across the street which i felt was little costly for the walk we needed from the parking spot.

Hello The service was great and the staff very friendly. We had a good variety for breakfast which was very good. The only thing we had issues with is that the mattress was a little too soft and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler. The room stayed pretty humid. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. The price was good but I wish it would have included parking. That was an unexpected cost.

今回で3回目の宿泊です。週末を外して宿泊したので、宿泊料金は非常にコストパフォーマンスが高かったです。フロントのスタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切でした。ホテルの目の前にはWeGoバスの停留所があり、滝までは徒歩10分強で行けます。ラマダブランドはやはり信頼できますね。古いホテルですが、設備は年季が入っているものの、清潔に保たれていました。部屋もバスルームも広々としています。今回は部屋の窓からスカイロンタワーと遠くに滝が見えて、大変満足しました。
