Das Zimmer war stylish, hell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause, nur besser. Die Küchenzeile ist top ausgestattet, das Bett traumhaft bequem und die Sauberkeit tadellos. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage in Bielefeld; man ist in wenigen Minuten überall. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Geschäftsreisende und Städtetripper ist das smartments mit der Classic-Kategorie ein echter Geheimtipp – ich komme definitiv wieder!」

「Alle Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Super Service und sehr geräumige, sehr saubere und toll eingerichtete Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, und großem Bad. Kaffee und Tee und Wasser wurden vom Haus gestellt. Bei dem Zimmer nach hinten war schlafen bei offenem Fenster kein Problem. Der überdachte Parkplatz war ebenfalls kostenfrei. Immer gerne wieder!」

「I really like the concept. May be not new concept but new to me. They are directing you very well so you can manage entry to hotel, check-in / check out even if you are not a Gen-Z :) by email and than whats app. I dont know how the support if you face any problem. Room is very clean, there is kitchen and kitchenware. Complimentary coffee and tea are really good quality. Blackout shutters 👍 Breakfast is at bakery, back of the hotel. Not typical breakfast but more than enough as you can choose 2 sandwiches and coffe / tea. They were really delicious. For the room my only doubt was about the sound insulation but i dont have enough reliable data to comment 🙃 Also don't know how it is managed after check out, if you want to leave your luggage for some time at hotel whether there is a locker room, how can you enter to hotel when you come back etc... Some questions to find out next time 👍」
