「Das ist mein Stammhotel, wenn ich in Leipzig bin. Es ist nicht weit vom Bahnhof, ich reise mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, alles sauber und Frühstück ist inklusive. Es gibt eine große Auswahl und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super.」

「Good location spacious room (we got an upgrade) and also good facilities for remote working and washing clothes. Check in was a bit slow due to computer issues or lack of training. I think the requests made via the trip.com app are not forwarded to the hotel. No mentioning of it and whilst we had an upgrade there was no view. Maybe just contact the hotel direct. Check out efficient. Cleaning on demand feee if charge but you need to ask.」

「ホテルは非常に立地が良く、値段も安いのですが、残念ながら、階段や部屋にはかなりの磨耗が見られます。あちこちにペイントのポットを置くのが適切でしょう。しかし、値段が安いので文句は言えません。同僚の間でのヒントは、前板または汚れ防止の背景を備えたヘッドボードを使用すると、黒い斑点が発生するのを防ぎ、見た目が悪くなる、またはむしろ見た目が良くなるということです。頭を休めたい人は...」

「近くのハウス アンゼーでのコンサートに行く予定だったので、一番近いホテルでした。 土曜と日曜の朝の受付係はとても親切で素晴らしかったです！ 早めにチェックインできました（保証はされませんでしたが）。部屋は素敵で快適でした。 レンタカーの駐車場はよく機能していて、トラムで町に着いたときにそこに駐車しました。 朝食にはまったく不満はなく、私たちが受けたサービス全般に満足しています。 紅茶/コーヒーのトレイがないことを除けば気に入らない点はありませんが、これは bc Grr we nan ホテルでは起こらないことかもしれません。 迷わずに… お得です！ 写真はトラムです… 徒歩 5～6 分、町の中心部まで約 20 分、15 分間隔で運行しています」

「Not a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.」
