First and foremost this hostel is clean and comfortable enough, although the sturdy wooden bunks have slightly awkward stairs and are not the easiest to navigate while putting on bedsheets etc. Service was efficient and kind but is otherwise also quite absent, you check in and that's it. The kitchen is good, a little small but it's all that it needs to be. I think there is a restaurant in the garden which gets a little noisy, like the street. It's hard to describe the location because Leipzig doesn't really have an identifiable center, aside from a small shopping area in another part of the city. It's a bit between old fashioned decent and almost ghetto. There are nearby supermarkets and fast food outlets and event some pubs; one corner of a street on the way to Kaufland was almost lively. Recommended for a likely short stay of 1 or 2 nights in Leipzig. Similar to other options in the city.

Ich war allein mit 2 Kleinkindern zu Gast für 13 Nächte, da wir meine Familie in Leipzig besucht haben. Bezüglich Frühstück und Pizzaangebot kann ich keinerlei Auskunft geben, da wir immer auswärts Frühstücken waren, das Zimmer war sauber, unser Wunsch nach einem zusätzlichen Bettgitter wurde rasch erfüllt. Check in und Check out waren unkompliziert. Das einzige was ich beanstanden könnte, wäre das die Gebühren fürs Parken extrem angestiegen sind innerhalb von einem Jahr, aber da man draußen auf der Straße kostenfreie und ausreichende Parkplätze zur Verfügung hat, war es für uns kein Problem 3 Meter zu Fuß zu gehen! Danke für das Familienzimmer, die Kinder und ich haben uns beim übernachten wohlgefühlt!
