「Standout was the unique rooms which are extremely private, spacious and beautifully designed along the lagoon. Personally I didn’t quite understand the ‘Butler’ concept and found some of the comms style a bit frustrating. The other standout was the ‘Day of the dead’ celebrations. The property was decorated beautifully and very well organised. The opportunity to also participate was great as we felt emerged in the festivities. It would have been nice if the dinner package also included the face painting. More broadly the property is set within mayakoba so you can explore the grounds including the other hotels and it was fun to explore on the bikes. The only other thing to be aware off is also this is the more premium / exclusive hotel in mayakoba it’s still geared towards families or at least there where quite a few kids around. Finally don’t have high expectations of the beach it’s tiny and there isn’t much space. If you want high end luxury visit Maroma.」

「場所は完璧で、車の駐車場もありました。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。朝食は私たちの好みに合っていました。私たちはあまり食べませんが、ビュッフェスタイルが大好きです。とにかく、彼らはとても親切で、とにかく助けようとしました。コンドミニアムは、キッチン、リビングルーム、バスルームなど、素晴らしかったです。唯一のことは、石鹸、シャンプー、残りは初日(5つのうち)にのみ戻ってきてお勧めすることです。」

「3泊しました。市中心からタクシーで10~15分くらいのところにあります。2019年5月時点の適正価格は200Bsなそうです。訪れた際は300Bs取られたのでスーツケースを持っていると吹っ掛けてくると思いますのでお気を付けください。レストランはそんなに多くないですが提供される料理は日替わりなそうです。夕食を食べれるのは、ちょっとフォーマルな予約が必要なレストランとビッフェスタイルのレストランと曜日限定で鉄板焼きのレストラン。軽食を食べれるレストランもありました。ルームサービスも使っていないですが、それなりにありそうでした。ホテル内で食べた料理はどれもおいしいかったです。私の訪問したGW時期は藻が大量発生していて海には入れなかったですが、砂は白くすごくきれいです。大きいプール、子供用のプール、風呂みたいなプールがそれぞれ南北に2個あると思います。スタッフも親切な人が多く、ほとんど英語で話ができたと思います。ロビーの旅行エージェントのスタッフはそんな親切ではなかったです。部屋にお風呂もあり眺めも良いので快適に過ごせました。また泊まりたいホテルです。」
