「Firstly El Beso is simply 1 building within the larger Ocean Rivera resort. Meaning only your building is Adults Only. Our Swim up room was lovely. We tried almost all if not all of the 10 restaurants and we had no complaints the food was good. Maybe not always amazing but never terrible. There’s like 3/4 different brands or levels of service within the larger resort. El Beso seems to be 1 level from the top which is Privilege we switched for an extra night & the mini bar for privilege was much better as well as having the butler service and priority restaurant bookings when they were all booked. There’s also a special restaurant only for privilege that was great but none of the restaurants were extremely crowded. There’s an app or webpage that works like an app with all of the resort info and you can book reservations there. There’s also lots of entertainment nightly. It’s definitely a place to go and stay there’s no need to venture outside of the resort there’s so many things to do schedules are packed for all of the different areas & a bowling alley and theater. There is not much near by the tourist area is maybe 20 mins away by car down the beach.」
