「地上事務所でのチェックインは迅速でした。私たちの滞在は、ファミリースイートへの無料アップグレードで補完されました。私たちの部屋はオフィスの間に位置しているため、ユニット番号に従って見つける必要があります。部屋は広々としていて、エリアがかなり広いため、エアコンは完璧に機能しました。トイレは大丈夫でした。残りは完璧でした。子供たちは大満足でしたし、近くの他のホテルと比べて部屋の広さの割に価格を考えると私も満足しています。 1 階には Bekai というおしゃれな朝食レストランがあります。少し高価ですが、味は同等でした」

「I stayed here during a business trip in Penang and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient—only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made arrival and departure really easy. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, especially the large living room which was perfect for relaxing after work. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything I needed, making the stay feel very much like home. The bed deserves a special mention—it’s honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I really loved the place overall. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a bedside or table lamp in the bedroom, as the lighting there could be a bit more cozy and practical. Would definitely stay here again.」

「This is a very new service apartment, spacious for my family of 4. The management of this homestay is very helpful to resolve some check in issues at security. As we booked this very last min, we were not able to get carpark in the building itself but management team gave good alternatives which is not too far off. Had a very pleasant stay and highly recommended!」

「房東華人，溝通無障礙，人很nice。 酒店位置靠近檳城最大shopping mall，皇后灣廣場。吃吃喝喝方便的很，到機場距離也很近。 樓下各種大排檔營業到很晚，口味豐富，價格實惠。 這間房間背靠五星酒店marjorie，但是絕比五星酒店性價比高，頂層42樓無邊框泳池 ， 健身房，視野也是好的不要不要的。 老闆給準備的廚具和調料基本夠用了，衹需要下樓買點食材就可以在房間自己做合口的飯菜。 謝謝老闆給我們檳城之旅畫上圓滿句號，下次來還住你家。」
