EElainlexA lovely stay - the host was attentive and helpful, and the room was clean and cozy. It felt like a warm little home during my short trip. I'd definitely come back again next time I visit Penang.

Juz oni 1 issue is the toilet smell but understd ths isn't easy to fix.

ゲゲストThe hotel is nice and has convient store like 7e and mcd which easier for people who hungry in the middle night.The room has spectacular view facing bayan lepas city.The room is clean and comfort to stay.

匿匿名ユーザーAlll satisfied (including online services from the host) except the issue with parking RFID Card which was annoying because of malfunctioned during my stays.
I have to call upon either operator or personnel who worked nearby (at parking's gate) to open the barrier gate happened everytime I went out for my meeting with stakeholders or during foodies hunt.
However, to be fair, overalll, I still recommend this place (Setia Tri Suite by Homey Planet) to everyone. Kind host.
**A small space for improvement is the rising issue (RFID Card not detected) will be resolved very soon.

Ddzulhaimi zainal abidinAs we entered the unit at 9.00 pm due to last minute bookings, the unit was clean and tidy. Even though the hall's air conditioning is sweezing but well functioning. Overall, we are happy for the stay and very highly recommended for family or friends with 3-6 person as they provide 2 single beds, 1 double decker and 1 queen bed. Ample space at hall attached with the dining table. Further more, the unit located at the very next elevators, less worrying when we get in and out at night especially. Easy to get various foods and basic stuff and there are clinics and self-laundry down stairs. We will surely looking forward for the next visit.

匿匿名ユーザーThis is a very new service apartment, spacious for my family of 4. The management of this homestay is very helpful to resolve some check in issues at security. As we booked this very last min, we were not able to get carpark in the building itself but management team gave good alternatives which is not too far off. Had a very pleasant stay and highly recommended!

ゲゲストThis accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

ゲゲスト部屋にはテレビがありません。バスルーム/トイレはかなり小さいです。バスルームのドアに隙間があります (隙間から中が見えます)。日中は近くの建設現場から騒音が聞こえます。空港に近いですが、私たちが訪れた場所のほとんどはホテルからかなり離れています (例: バトゥ フェリンギ、バトゥ マウン、コムタなど)。
