「Delivers in all the ways it promised. This is my third time staying here and it's quickly becoming my go to stay when I'm in Davao. Location? Chef's kiss. It's located right in the heart of the city. It's only a couple hundred meters from Abreeza and one jeepney ride away from the other malls (GMall, SM Lanang and SM Ecoland). Check-in is convenient and quick. The unit itself has been very clean in the three times I've been there. Guests check out regularly so the room usually gets cleaned daily. Privacy hasn't been an issue with the privacy curtains. I really appreciate the study space as well, particularly the chair. It's a very comfortable chair. Airconditioner is working perfectly. There's a balcony if you need to hang clothes out in the sun. Favorite place in the room is the bathroom. Clean bathroom with a bidet, plus heated shower and faucet. Of course, there are trade offs in the sense that you don't have absolute privacy and you have to tread lightly for other guests which is expected for the price. Absolutely best value for money in all the places I've stayed at in the city.」
