Each bedroom has a queen bed and a 6 drawer dresser available for your use. As a courtesy we will provide personal hygiene items like shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper, which are not replaceable once they are over during your stay. We have plenty of convenience stores around the area should you need to restock.The condo also has a gated assigned parking spot available for you during your stay, security 24/7, a common pool walking distance from the house and beach access just a short walk from the property.The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, Espresso machine for a fresh morning coffee, and pots and pans for your use.Living room and dining room on the lower level with access to the terrace with and AC unit, TV (MUST CONNECT WITH YOUR IWN ROKU ACCOUNT) and free wifi. Puerto Rico has many power and water outages. We DO NOT HAVE power generators or cisterns. If theres a power or water outage during your stay, we do apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not reimburse any money. Welcome to our piece of paradise in beautiful Puerto Rico!!! We have recently acquired and completed a full renovation of the villa. The accommodations include two air conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a walk-in closet and the other one with two twin size beds. It accommodates six guest by using a queen size air mattress that’s provided. Each of the two bedrooms have an awesome view towards the ocean. The villa has two full bathrooms that have been exquisitely renovated and decorated for your enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with high-end, full size stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator and dish washer. There are also a toaster, coffee maker and blender for your convenience. The laundry room is equipped with full size washer and drier. Necessary detergents are provided. Four beach chairs and a cooler are located in the laundry for you to use. You can buy ice in the complex as well, just contact the security staff and they will sell it to you. Cable TV is provided with multiple English channels. Internet can be accessed in the pool area and in the gazebo in front of the villa. There is a grill in the back terrace for the use of our guest as well. There is even an outdoor shower in case you feel like taking the salt off of you when you come from the beach. The villa is literally around 100 feet from the beach where you can relax by using some of the lounge chairs provided by the Embassy Suites next door or bring the ones that are provided in the villa. The complex has a kids and a regular size pool. It also has a nice playground if you are traveling with small children. There is security 24/7 in the complex. There are multiple restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive from the villa. There is also a shopping area right outside the community where you can find a grocery store, pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens), fast food, etc.It is our goal for you to feel like you are at home and that you have a great time.
