「El apartamento, el trato y la limpieza muy bien, pero de lo demás no puedo hablar tan bien. Es diciembre y el único bar abierto no puede ser en el exterior cuando hace frío, ni tener que recorrerte medio hotel desde la sala de estar para pedir una consumición. Y lo nunca visto: a pesar de ser pocos huéspedes y la mayoría de la tercera edad, se terminó la cerveza de barril. No había ni en el comedor ni el el bar, ni tenían barriles de reserva. Menos mal que después les permitieron servir de botella en su lugar. Tampoco daban agua embotellada para llevar a la habitación. El gimnasio bastante equipado para ser de un hotel, pero ¿dónde se ha visto un gimnasio dónde no haya agua para beber? La única máquina de agua que había estaba estropeada. Tampoco había toallas. Las comidas con poca variedad y muy repetitivas, pero de bastante calidad. En la habitación del apartamento no había ningún enchufe libre para cargar el móvil. Uno que había escondido detrás de una de las mesillas de noche no funcionaba. Creo que no volveremos.」

「The girls on reception were very pleasent and did mind answering any questions. I travelled with my young daughter and the hotel was very safe and easy to access all amenities and also walk to old town also. The room.was cleaned daily and corridors and floors were kept very clean and tidy.」

「This was a wonderful honeymoon holiday in the Algarve. Thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the W Algarve staff. They were all so friendly and sharing recommendations on where to visit across the Algarve. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel gave us a few surprises upon arrival (decorating bed with rose petals, congratulatory messages / writings on the walls and a portugese red wine front Duoro valley. What a great way to start the holiday. Furthermore, the W Algarve were extremely helpful on making lunch/dinner bookings in restaurants across Algarve. It felt like a private Concierge and we were very grateful for it. Hip and Portuguese design. Certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Algarve. MUST have a rental car, there isn't much around within walking distance.」

「Qualidade do serviço é fraca, exceto recepção e bar (funcionários que estão presentes no pequeno almoço facilmente esquecem-se do que o cliente solicita) As instalações necessitam de restauro (edifício, elevador, esperguiçadeiras, kitchinet, etc.). Não oferecem opções para pessoas com intolerância à lactose, mesmo tendo requisitado com antecedência, exceto leite. Estadia ficou muito aquém das expetativas. Necessitam melhorar muito.」

「How is this only a 3 star hotel? The room is spotless, staff friendly, they even offer a mini bar and wine. Got a garden view and it was lovely. The breakfast is amazing with your usual eggs, sausages, bacon. There’s also pastries, yogurt, fruit, veggies, ham and cheeses. Also a health corner! Bathroom is newly renovated with a nice walk in shower. Would stay again!」
