Each vacation rental guest house is a separate structure. ALL outdoor areas including POOL and JACUZZI are shared with owners who live onsite and one other guest house! The pool and Jacuzzi are located on a private property where the owners live.You will have full use of your private vacation guest house with two bedrooms, full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and bathroom. Enjoy the peace and tranquility this property has to offer. House has Roku TV and WIFI. Do NOT book and ask for a refund. We will not grant a refund as it is a complete and absolute administrative hassle. Property owners live onsite in the main house. Guests must be able to walk up steps and on ground cover.
