We found Abirami, Sandra,Shalini and Naveen very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was excellent the atmosphere, decor and the lovely big rooms. We had 2 rooms, the bathroom was spacious and very clean, in the bedroom the beds were perfectly made up and pillows and bedding were of good quality for a perfect night sleep. The location of the hotel was good and as there were lots of shops and markets nearby it was within walking distance to go around. The only complaint we found was that although the restaurant and the cafe had very good menu catering for everyone we found the service very slow. We went to the cafe and ordered few snacks and warned the staff we didn't have much time as we were going on a tour we were told the food would arrive in 25 mins and only half the order arrived on time and the rest arrived as we were about to leave so we had to reject the food as it had arrived too late and our pickup had arrived. The evening meal was same between taking order and getting the drinks and the meals we had to wait quite a while. We couldn't understand why as there were not many diners at the time. The staff were just standing around.

Unexpectedly poor service, don’t fall for the swimming pool you saw on Google with the vibrant happy pictures. Lacks basic amenities that will ruin your experience when you step in. There were complaints we made during our stay and ultimately we checked out early as we were over the poor experience by then. These are just some of the bad facilities and services that had occurred: Leaking Bathroom Complimentary tea sachets provided were old and sticky Blaring music in hotel premises from the Royal Club till 11 o’clock in the night Lack of lighting in the pool area and slippery stairs led to fall and injury. The swimming pool area was unsupervised. Fennel restaurant served incomplete and half cooked breakfast (a’la Carte) Duty manager was helpful but overall Poor hospitality and awful customer service. I will not be going back to Ramada chain. Definitely don’t recommend if you want a peaceful trip.

Well located for us next door to the latest Chef Pillai restaurant and a 12 minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset. Beds were very comfortable. Service friendly and helpful with maps and arranging a tour guide. Breakfast had a good range of foods. Poor wifi and the lowest fan setting for AC was still a bit strong for us, but overall a very welcoming experience as we start our Indian adventure.

Right from the reception, the welcome drink,the checkin was great. The rooms were the best with cleaniness personified. The floors,sheets ,linen were perfect. The suite part could do with some more lighting and leg rests. The food and service was greate and wholesome. But the Health centre was a let down. The treadmill and bench was dirty with sweat stains. No towels or water was available. Machine was not maintained and had no pegs to lock the weights. More weights and a flexible bench is recommended.
