This resort falls short of its "4-star" rating with below-average quality and service. Arrival: The start was good; they promised our room in an hour and offered lunch, part of our full-service plan. However, after lunch, communication issues and excuses delayed our room access by an extra hour. Room: The room was decent, even above average, with AC, two bedrooms, and two TVs. The only issue was a detached shower drain, but it was manageable. Food: The food quality brought the experience down. Items like cold, flavorless chicken and unseasoned dishes disappointed us. Only the desserts and yogurt were decent. Atmosphere in the Dining Hall: The dining hall felt more like a crowded food court than a premium or peaceful restaurant. Noise from kids was a problem due to the lack of barriers. Beach and Aquapark: The beach had rocky areas, causing minor injuries. However, it was good for scuba diving, with clear water and plenty of fish. The aquapark was visually appealing and had positive feedback, but I couldn't enjoy it much due to a recent injury. Beachside Restaurant and Bar: The food at the beachside restaurant was disappointing, with dry baked goods and fries. Limited options, but good wings and fries. Cats: There were many cats around, but you can find similar experiences elsewhere with better service. Cats are cool, though! Noise at Night: A loud party by the pool on our first night disrupted our sleep. Summary: This resort isn't exceptional but serves as a decent escape from the cold. It's okay, but nothing special. Just back from a week at Labranda with our 9 and 7 year old boys for UK half term. Overall, a very good holiday and hotel but merited a review (plus I'm trying to get back into TripAdvisor contributions!). Rooms - our Superior Family Room had seemingly been recently refurbished and was very nice and as expected with modern facilities, nice shower, plenty of plugs for our ever expanding range of kids and adult devices, and an entirely separate room for the boys which was handy. We overlooked the Aquapark and were within a minute of either there or the restaurant, which was great. Pools / daytime - the Aquapark is terrific for kids (and us adults enjoyed the slides too). Real bonus of it being shallow meaning it was more relaxing that it can be with deeper water to not have to be fully in with the kids all the time. The kids loved the slides and despite the hotel being completely full, there was never a wait for any of them which was great. I thought the lifeguards did a very clever and good job of just overseeing everyone really well, always dealing with any issues without being overly officious. Wave pool also very good, but we spent less time in there. One thing mentioned by many is the annoying culture of putting towels out stupidly early in the morning. I don't know how you fix this short of just scooping them up and removing them all - I really don't like doing it but you essentially get dragged down into doing it yourself to avoid having a rubbish spot or no spot at all, particularly when the hotel is busy as it was for half term. Food - we actually thought the all-inclusive buffet was one of the best we've had for consistency and variety (first sighting ever of rabbit perhaps for example!). Always piping hot and always being topped up and constantly monitored. Handful of extra kids choices for the evenings. I would agree with some other reviews that it can be a little congested at peak times but it didn't ever annoy me - only minimal waits. Staff were super slick clearing tables as well. The "a la carte" restaurants were interesting and we had mixed experiences. One tip is we used the hotel's new Green Programme to cancel cleaning for a couple of days in order to eat at both of them (only one per week is included on a standard booking). First thing to say is that "a la carte" is overselling them a bit. They are really set menu table service restaurants. We did the Greek first and our night there was somewhat chaotic. It was very busy and the staff were - for the only time on the entire trip - rather average in there. Drinks and ordering took ages. The menu was just a selection of starters served to all and then a mixed grill (or veggie alternative). All very tasty but not a la carte with a choice of classic Greek options (e.g. moussaka, stifado etc) that we were perhaps expecting. By contrast when we went to the Italian, it was quieter and less chaotic with very good service. Again though a selection of starters served to all -

The view is breathtaking! The building and rooms are modern and so clean. Our shower wasn’t great pressure wise but other than that, beautiful and comfy room! The pools are amazing for children of all ages, lots of slides and the wave pool is on every hour. There is an adult only pool which we didn’t go to. Guests seemed to reserve loungers from silly o’clock (standard tourist behaviour) however we never had an issue finding one when we needed. There is a tiny beach just off the hotel but if you walk 10 min to your left, there is a massive sandy beach with the most beautiful warm blue water. The beach was almost nearly empty, as guests seem to stay in the hotel pools. No idea why as it is definitely worth the short walk. Food buffet has plenty of options although really busy, lots of typical British food like chips and pizzas but also some more nutritional Mediterranean options. All lovely. I would change the layout of the hot islands a bit to make the corridors wider and give staff and guests a bit more space. Entertainment is fine, I would say not enough resources are put into it in comparison to what we have seen in other all inclusives. The children’s club could do with updating to the standard of the rest of the resort). The workers really made it special for the children and mine had a lot of fun and were always more than happy to go to the club and the mini disco. Their English was much better than what we usually get in these hotels Staff work really hard and everyone is really nice and super helpful. The lifeguard was so fun to watch interacting with the children. Everything was always spotless clean! We loved the environmental ethos and the fact that there weren’t cups everywhere. The drink tokens were indeed a bit annoying but totally worth it, in fact, I think all hotels should adopt this system.

Best time ever.Thank u so much to the animation team they did an amazing job.The football was amazing and so was the aqua gym.Inno and nate is the best.The darts super.I really enjoyed the holiday .I will for sure recommend this hotel.Bar is very good and lunch is very good.

Great family getaway! Our son loved the water park and wave pool! The hotel is spotless and staff are very friendly and approachable. We would highly recommend to family and friends. The entertainment team are fab with lots going on throughout the day. The food was good a not always piping hot but not unexpected with a buffet, our LO loved the freshly cooked pancakes in a morning. Bars are lush and the food top is a fabulous place to catch the evening sunset! Stunning 🥰

We had a fantastic stay at your resort. The rooms were clean and modern. The entertainment team were brilliant with lots on offer for everyone. The choice of food everyday had something to suit everyone. The best thing was your incredible staff, nothing was too much. They went out of their way to be friendly and our son absolutely loved them. Made our holiday and would highly recommend.

Fantastic 10 night stay family holiday. Didn't really like the "token" for drinks method.... however, by ensuring g you take your cup back before getting another drink, does mean no rubbish, or dirty tables. The place is immaculate! We had a family room, cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. Room had air con and fridge for free bottles of water. Entertainment on an evening g for all ages. Would definitely cone back.

We had an amazing week long stay at Labranda and enjoyed every minute. The facilities, cleanliness and hospitality was excellent and the resort is very well laid out. The swimming pools and slides were great for the kids as was the proximity of the little beach. The food was incredible and there was a great choice of freshly cooked dishes. Above all else though it was the staff that made our stay. They all work so hard, are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to all the entertainment team including Cassidy and Zoe, the children loved kids club. We would also like to specially mention Panagiotis the lifeguard who not only kept the kids safe but also entertained them and was so friendly and welcoming. A big thank to all the team, we have already booked to return next year.

Overall we had a lovely family holiday but the extra charges and basic kids club facilities prevent us returning. Hotel: lovely location on the coast, modern and clean Pools: aqua park is great. Water height knee high, lifeguards very attentive, slides are brilliant for all ages. Sunbeds need reserving before 7:30-8 otherwise all gone Room: we had a superior family room which was modern, clean and large. 1 room for us and 1 room for the kids plus a large modern bathroom. No soft drinks or beer in fridge, only a 2L bottle of water each day. Food: restaurant has plenty of tables but the food stations are all too tight to each other which causes confusion on who’s in which queue and makes it chaotic and a big rush to get your food. Food quality was fine although repetitive. Deserts were lovely. Drinks: beer was lovely, cocktails were bad except for a Cuba libre. Some cocktails such as mojito, Pino colada, aperol spritz are 5€ extra, which is annoying. Kids club: staff were lovely but clearly very understaffed. There were only three of them and two to a shift where sometimes there were 20 kids in there. Tshirts range from 15€-20€ and a small canvas painting kit which you can buy for a euro is charge at 10€. Minimum age is 4. Staff: all were brilliant, cleaners, waiters and waitresses, kids club, entertainment team and front desk Entertainment: we were at the aqua park/kids pool all day so didn’t get involved but the music is low and mainly heard at the wave pool. In the evening the entertainment is hit and miss. There were a few ok acts on but the basic nights were boring. Bingo 2€ for one ticket and only to win a cheap bottle of wine at the end for example… Mini disco was disappointing. The kids basically sat or stood in front of the stage watching the kids club staff dance in front of them to the same songs every night. The staff made a great effort but it would have been much better if the kids were on the stage or could interact with them. All I saw was the back of my kids head and I prefer to see them having fun on the stage with the animation team for example like in other hotels. WiFi is great everywhere Rooftop bar allows some incredible sunset photos (although only one bar person serving). Location is quite remote No sports tv or sports bar I wouldn’t return unfortunately simply because of the extra charges which are not fair if I’ve booked an all inclusive (kids club tshirts are absolutely fine to be extra but not cocktails and ice cream) If you get a good deal vs other hotels and are aware of the extra charges then I would recommend it for a family holiday
