It's near metro station, a couple of main roads and the famed Green Lake (翠湖). Many eateries around and convenient stores are everywhere. In addition to the Green Lake, Kunming Old Street, Yuantong Temple (圆通禅寺) and Yuanxi Road (园西路) are all within walking distance. A very convenient location. It's located right across from a kindergarten so it's quiet at night. The room is on 3rd floor and we have to go through an unsheltered area to reach. When raining, the path could be slippery. The room is spacious, comfortable and airy. The only issue is having a faint cigarette smell even we requested a non-smoking room. A great feature is that guests are allowed to use the washing machine and hang laundry.

Great location, very close to Cui Lake and easy to get around. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Attentive and willing to help with all means. I need to send a parcel the uncle took us all the way to the nearby Cainiao. Thank you will come back again.

Room ok but no heating as it is written in the description. During the night the room was around 6-7°... Very cold outside the bed. Not recommended on this point.

There is no hot water for showering, the system isn't working, even in cold season weather. Complaint about it to the owner,he said the solar power isn't working. Next day four of us left the hotel to find another one because we didn't shower for 1 day.

Very close to the Metro station, down a road which is being repaired. Near a beautiful park. Like an old house with rooms on different floors. Comfortable beds. Be warned: Chinese squat toilets, and NO Air-conditioning; just fans. Not complaining, I knew before we stayed. Comfortable beds. Clean. Friendly staff.

This place is very well located, close to subway line 5. The room was clean, but hand soap was missing.

客棧離翠湖公園非常近，門口就是有着歷史痕跡的青石板路，每天都能聽到鳥兒歌唱，網紅打卡點黃公東路出門就見，非常方便，也很安靜，有電熱毯不怕冷，老闆很好，我朋友身體突感不適，老闆還能親自操刀去痧，讓我朋友好轉起來，必須給贊！

昆明是個人文氣息比較重的城市，大街小巷裡穿行，能夠充分體會到當地人的生活氛圍，搓麻喝茶，老街的熱鬧也是另一種風味了

房間衞生乾淨整潔，地理位置出門散步遊玩方便，店家熱情有禮，不錯😊

客棧離翠湖公園非常近， 周圍很方便， 客棧很美！ 石板路是一大特色，對面就是昆明市第二幼兒園很好找。
