昆明・西山区エリアのホテル

部屋は清潔感があり、ベッドも柔らかくてぐっすり眠れました。チェックインが遅くなってしまったのですが、フロントの方がスイートにアップグレードしてくださり、部屋も広々としていて良かったです。ただ、近くで工事をしているようで、朝から杭打ち機の音が響いていました。30階だったのですが、それでも結構うるさかったですね。あと、エアコンがあまり効かないのか、つけても暑いままでした。

両親との雲南旅行で、昆明に滞在した最初のホテルです。 事前にたくさんのホテルを比較しましたが、両親に合っていると思い、市街地からも近かったのでここに決めました。部屋は良かったのですが、唯一の欠点は机がなかったことです。その日はパソコンで仕事をしなければならなかったので困りました。しかし、フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、すぐにこの問題を解決してくれました。このホテルは路地の中にあるため、ナビゲーションが少し不正確なことがありましたが、当直のスタッフが迎えに来てくれて、とても感謝しています。 ここの朝食は他のホテルとは少し違っていて、大きな雲南式の過橋米線が出てきます。とても繊細で、北方の羊肉スープによく似ています。

フロントデスクのサービスで暖かく、部屋は癒されるほどきれいです 出張でこのホテルに泊まりましたが、フロントに着くとすぐに誠意に満ちていました。スタッフが率先して書類を印刷するのを手伝ってくれて、部屋のタイプも丁寧にアップグレードしてくれました。部屋に入った後、私は完全に驚きました。寝具は新しいほど白く、デスクトップと床はきれいで、バスルーム用品はきちんと配置され、汚れはありませんでした。疲れはすぐに消えました。出張で選ぶのは正しいです!

お部屋は新しくて、すごく広々としていて、写真と全く同じでした。暗証番号式の鍵なので、カードキーを持ち歩く必要がなく、とても便利です。フロントの女性スタッフは物腰が柔らかく、とても丁寧で、素晴らしい対応でした。 ホテルのフロントは12階にあるので、行く前に必ず連絡して、ビルのどの入り口から入るか確認することをおすすめします。入り口の案内図を送ってくれるので、それを見れば一目瞭然です。聞かずに直接行くと、道に迷ってしまう可能性があるので注意してください。私もフロントのスタッフが送ってくれた道順の案内図を最後の写真にアップしておきました。

Excellent stay. Very friendly staff, room was upgraded, awesome breakfast, convenient location with plenty of food and retail options in the vicinity. Newly built and no odour. Special mention to Kathleen who was very friendly and assisted us greatly with all our enquires. Overall a wonderful property and highly recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nighs , the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable too。 Enjoyed my breakfast too. Will stay again no problem.

We loved the unique Japanese-style room. In fact, we enjoyed our first night so much that we extended our stay by an extra day. Although our high-floor room lacked a great view due to surrounding older buildings, the automatic curtains and blinds helped create a perfect atmosphere. The room itself was impeccably clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the 9th-floor common area and dining space. The food was delicious, the area was spotless, and everyone was incredibly friendly. It was an especially great spot to get some work done outdoors with a post-meal coffee. The tables are spacious, each is equipped with power outlets, and the beautiful weather made it even better. I definitely want to visit again.

デザイン：ハイエンドで上品、控えめながらも贅沢。文化とファッションが融合し、環境と建築が調和し、伝統文化と現代生活が完璧に融合しています。 設備：設備は充実しており、機能的で、エレガントなレストラン、小川が流れる中庭、遠くを見渡せる展望台は、宿泊客が心を休めるための安息の地です。 周辺：近日楼は手の届くところにあり、東西の塔が左右から呼応し、南屏街へもすぐです。喧騒の中にありながら静かな、まさに理想的な隠れ家です！

Wonderful hotel. We stay here every time we visit KMG. The have the _best service_ of any hotel we've stayed in the past 5+ years. The front desk is always staffed - often with 4 people ready to help. I never have to wait long to get service. The breakfast staff are absolutely wonderful and accomodating - always pleasent and thankful to serve. They saw my wife's handicap and almost waited on her hand and foot! And the breakfast is quite decent; not a full Hyatt buffet but just enough of of the basics with a mix of Chinese and some western food. The place is very clean and comfortable. The room was little warm so they provided a fan since they system was set to heating. There is no refrigerator but they freely let us use the lobby desk one with immediate, easy access.
