フロントの方が無料で部屋をアップグレードしてくださいました。部屋は広々としており、すりガラスの仕切りでリビングとベッドスペースが区切られていて、非常に快適でした。全体的な設備も大変良く、さすがは老舗ヒルトンブランドだと感じました。1階にはセルフサービスのコーヒーや紅茶が無料で飲み放題なのも嬉しいポイントでした。 唯一残念だったのはエアコンの音が少し大きかったこと。ホテル側もそれを認識しているのか、ベッドサイドテーブルには耳栓が用意されていました。昆明は「春城」と呼ばれる気候なので、エアコンを使わなくても過ごしやすく、特に暑くは感じませんでした。 チェックアウトの際にもフロントの方が「滞在はいかがでしたか」と丁寧に尋ねてくださり、お客様の状況を気遣う細やかなサービスが行き届いていると感じました。

The room was clean and more spacious than I expected. The location was very convenient, close to Tongde Plaza shopping mall and the metro station, both within walking distance. Breakfast was included in the room rate, although it was not very impressive. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day and refilled bottled water and tissue paper daily, which made the stay more comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good service and a convenient location. I would recommend this hotel, especially for travelers visiting Kunming for business or shopping.

服務很好，退房之後好評下一次送早餐，不知道下一次來是啥時候？為什麼不提前説呢，不是説鉑金會員可以送早餐嘛…哈哈哈哈哈哈 位置：之前住的霖雨橋那個麗風，這個位置更好，價格更貴 wifi： 還挺快的，房間比較小 隔音：隔音不錯 房間設施：這個門禁卡，下去刷了兩次都打不開，氣死仙人，今天走了一萬七千步，已經走不動了！ 前台小姐姐狂奔上來給我刷卡 服務：還不錯，之前那個昆明霖雨橋麗風的小姐姐也很好，還幫我買奶茶喝，真好！這個小姐姐幫我把衣服烘乾收起來了，好，洗烘套裝QLG的，不錯

ファミリールームを予約しましたが、窓が閉まらなかったため、結局泊まりませんでした。ファミリールーム（2部屋）の方が良かったと思います。広々として静かです。普通の部屋は妙な匂いがして、通りに面していました。料金も手頃で、駐車場も利用できます。管理会社は、部屋を販売する前にきちんと点検すべきです。閉まらなかった窓の対応は、紐で縛ることでした。12月で外の気温が4度近くだったことを考えると、あまり良い方法ではないと思います。フロントデスクのスタッフは、解決策を熱心に探し、できる限り対応してくれました。

Fühlte sich an wie ein Zwischending zwischen Hotel und Airbnb und war genau das richtige für mich. Zwischen intensiven Reisetagen konnte ich mal einen Tag weitgehend ”zu hause” verbringen und war trotzdem mittendrin im chinesischen Stadtleben - durch die unglaubliche Aussicht durch die bodentiefen Fenster, durch die ich den Trubel unten beobachten konnte. Perfekt, wenn man mal zwischendurch einen Tag im Homeoffice arbeiten muss. Rund um das Hochhaus gibt es auch massenweise Restaurants und Straßenstände, und man ist schnell an der Metro, die direkt zu den Bahnhöfen fährt. Einzig die Distanz zur offiziellen ”Innenstadt” und zum Wasser ist ein kleiner Nachteil. Ausstattung - voll in Ordnung.

Hotel needs some renovations, rooms look somewhat outdated and not too clean. Some buttons to control the lighting didn’t work. AC/heating worked fine, but there’s no hair dryer in a room and you have to pay to rent it according to the instructions book (we didn’t check as we have only stayed for one day). There is a paid charger (pic) but mini program to use it doesn’t work anymore 🤯 Area is certainly not “touristy”, flyers of 18+ services thrown around right before entry to a hotel compound. Reception staff is friendly and there is a coffee machine (free) and cold drinks selection (paid but at fair price). There are no outside noises but walls are thin and you will hear your neighbours talking very well. If you need parking, there is plenty.

I picked this for the 24/7 desk bc I was coming in from a late international flight of 2 am. I called beforehand to let them know and checkin was super easy. Room was compact but comfortable and modern. I had an issue with the outlet in my room charging my American device and texted the front desk about it and she brought a plug for me that worked for my device. Se also said there’s no need to buy a converter as most places will have the American plugin. She was super helpful and sweet! I also asked for a late checkout of 3 pm instead of the 2 pm checkout and they were also fine with that. The 2 pm checkout was already really great compared to most hotels checkout of 11 am. The only thing is the hallways were super smoke-filled. I also picked this hotel bc it had nonsmoking rooms and the room was not as smoky as in the hallways but there was a tinge of it. I’m not sure if any other hotels would be better though bc people smoke so much here.

設施：沒有空調，但其餘設備設施齊全，包括電梯，停車場（一天25），熱水，wifi 衞生：還馬馬虎虎 環境：隔音是真的好，畢竟是獨立的開間公寓。不是那種隔出來的 服務：老闆人很好，帶你看房停車 總結：位置好，被整體裝修風格耽誤了的好公寓，如果以後重新裝修的話肯定會很不錯
