If it wasn’t because I paid the whole thing upfront I would’ve looked for another hotel. And they have an older man that works as a greeter or a bellman, that is absolutely horrible. Give me a hard time for everything. Everything was a no, and made everything so complicated. He was there when I checked in and any time I asked him for anything he would say “well you need to be a guest” until I spoke to the manager and told him how upset I was. Even though I tipped, and I tipped well my I add, no different treatment. He got me upset to the point where I had to raise my voice quite a bit and say to the manager “ I’m tired of this man busting my balls for everything”
