I truly love the service, the food is 100% delicious I love as the couches are and the swiming pool view..I love the location because it’s a very secure area, The staffs all very friendly I love everything about Radisson Hotels, I always want to come back… A place with a very beautiful view
Old and drab hotel. Poor lighting in the rooms. If you are prone to allergies, this hotel is not for you. They have old carpets that don’t seem to be cleaned regularly. Got major allergies just 30mins after entering my room. Efforts to get an alternative room were treated with indifference. Front desk staff don’t work as a team- inconsistent messaging on check out times and erroneous billing. Called housekeeping four times to get towels. Each time phone was answered rudely with the receiver claiming the towels had been delivered.

Birthday surprise. After attending my friends mothers burial the next day was my birthday so we decided to change location to enjoy the day. The staff at the front desk where nice and friendly. The didn’t waste time checking us in. Got to the room to my surprise birthday cake, champagne, chocolate, and gifts. It was a pleasant surprise cause I was so tired from Lagos horrible frustrating traffic. It lighten my mood. I had planed to take a bath and hit the sack. The hotel is clean and cute. The rooms aren’t that big, but still comfy for two. I had a lovely stay.
EEric Nom BRoom is nice the food is good there was a variety of specials and the chef was very cheerful> I was happy with the hotel as we hosted visitors who are celebrities from sister African countries staff are very courteous, Special Mention to Ubong, Alice, and Bassey
ゲゲストSpacious rooms and quite clean. Very helpful housekeeping staff. Dirty water in the swimming pool. At the reception they are a bit too slow and a bit too shy, but always trying to satisfy any requests. Food in the restaurant is always the same and not particularly impressive. The most of the time they take very long time to deliver in the room, or just need a very long time to take your order. Actually if they are busy doing some paper works, they ignoring you util you don't request attention. Definitely they need to improve their customer service. Pay attention to the dirty tables keep the terrace organised and be more efficient. We want to thank the new joiner for his different service Mr. Omo, you are the best
The Room service team appeared disorganized slow and did not pay attention to details for orders on two counts, its best to go down to the restaurant , lacking a corkscrew for wine service. Despite this, impeccable cleanliness stood out, ensuring a delightful stay. Will return for sure!”
