Lovely comfortable and nice sized room. Excellent bathroom and shower. Easy check in and out, very convenient. Great location for the city centre and a short walk from the station. It was my second time at this hotel and I will definitely stay again when I’m next in Lancaster.

Nice cosy room, in good location, it was clean and had everything needed. The room has nice features, like the beams and modern yellow decor. It was a great size. I was a solo traveller and I felt this was a perfect hotel. Nice tea and biscuit area in room! The staff were helpful and check in was easy, staff also helped me book another night when my trains were cancelled due to storm. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend to others.

Centrally located ,close to railway station ,shops and restaurants with spacious comfortable rooms and bed, slept really well ,minimal traffic noise. Rooms were spotlessly clean .Easy self check in and was able to park up to drop the bags off .

Found this Gem of a hotel in Lancaster. It is situated on an ideal area. Close to shops and restaurants. Room was very clean and modern. I would definitely recommend and I most certainly would stay here again. We didn't opt for breakfast, but it was exactly what we needed. Very accommodating with parking solution too. Thank you, hopefully stay here again

The place was perfect, rooms so clean and tidy. All the info sent in advance of the trip and so simple and easy to access the property when we arrived. Perfect location and within walking distance of the bars and restaurants. Will defo be back again in future. Thanks

Great property ideal location in the hub of the city good food close and great pubs rooms are great shower was very powerful bed so comfy it's a really good property to stay in can't recommend this enough ideal for weekends away or business trips
