We come as a large group and everybody is always satisfied. we look forward to our time in the hotel every year as it is the highlight of our year

One of the best mountain resorts in the world. This is a place that I keep going back to year after year. Warm, friendly and homely with a wonderful location in the centre of Lech. They go out of their way to meet our needs. Exceptional. My favourite hotel in the mountains.

Brilliant time staying at the Hotel Arlberg. Excellent staff and level of service and quality of food is top quality. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel that makes the guest experience a top priority. Rooms are spacious and has an excellent boot room service.

It has been a while since we last visited this hotel but I can tell you it is simply the best in Lech. Yes some people might think it is a bit old fashioned in parts because it is but, the rooms and facilities are very contemporary and overall it ticks virtually every box. The service is still first class and the food has improved no end so if you are looking for a home from home in the Alps.this is the place to book !

Without doubt, the Arlberg is the finest hotel in Lech. Its history, quality, wonderful staff and food make your stay an absolute delight. Located centrally between the chair lifts and cable car, opposite the main shops and other restaurants, it’s ideally located for a stay on Lech.

From the first moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left, our experience at this refined yet cozy establishment was outstanding! The staff was very efficient, genuinely friendly, and always with a smile! The owners were always present and involved hands on with the daily operation. The rooms were designed with the skiers’ needs in mind with plenty of space for clothing and luggage. The modern ski room with its connection to the Strolz ski rental & service was very convenient. The recently renovated spa was heaven to relax and restore after a day of skiing. All 3 restaurants delivered exceptional dining experiences (especially La Felice!) that we will remember for a very long time! There was not a detail that was missed in any part of the hotel operation and we felt right at home. This 3rd generation hotel continues to set the bar of customer service very high and consistently delivers considering the amount of repeat guests we met at the hotel. We will be back for sure as well! Thank you for this memorable stay!

We always enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel with the top notch service, delicious food, its international guests in an environment where tradition meets the modern world. The new wellness area with the heated outdoor pool and the huge sun terrace with lounge music serving great drinks offer perfect apres ski activities for all weather conditions.

This was our first and hopefully not our last experience of Hotel Arleberg in Lech. What an astonishing place. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly from the moment you arrive until the minister you leave. The food - excellent. The accommodation - excellent. The Spa, OMG the SPA!!!! Did I mention the ski locker room - this is just extraordinary! Overall, this is just the most fabulous establishment which compliments Lech, also an extraordinary destination.

We absolutely loved our holiday at Hotel Arlberg as a family of 3. The hotel has all amenities and conveniences you would expect of a 5 Star property, with excellent service. The food in all restaurants is fantastic. But what really differentiates the hotel is the relaxed and casual atmosphere that makes everybody feel at home. There were lots of families with children of all ages which we loved so our child had many friends to play with and we could enjoy the amazing spa facilities. We will definitely come back again and again in the winter as well as summer.
