"Our stay at Hotel Arlberg Lech was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel consistently delivers an outstanding level of service, with a team that is genuinely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Its central location in Lech makes it incredibly convenient, and the hotel itself is both an institution and a landmark in its own right. The facilities are superb and rival; if not surpass; those of many premium international hotel brands. As a family-run establishment, they should be immensely proud of what they have created. "I just got back from my third trip to Sandhof in the last 15 months, 2 with my family and 1 with law school friends. There are a number of things that stand out about Sandhof, the first being the genuine friendliness of its owner and staff. They treat their guests like family. The wine cellar is stellar. Gabriel is a wine aficionado, and his recommendations were always spot on. Dinners there are excellent and a great deal. My favorites this last trip were the pesto and the schnitzel. I also really love the seeded bread every night, with the selections of cheeses. On Monday nights, a traditional Austrian folk band comes to play music, which makes that evening particularly jolly. Many of the rooms come with balconies and a perfect view of the church. The convenience is hard to beat for the price, given the proximity of the gondola to Oberlech and the 2-seat lift up to Schlossköpfe. Plus, for next season, Many of the guests seem to come back year after year, and my family will be doing so for the foreseeable future."

"A wonderful holiday! From the moment we arrived we felt special and looked after. We were met at the door by the owner Michael who had our cases transported to our room. We were then warmly greeted by his lovely wife, Claudia and shown around. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Our room was on the top floor and had lovely views of Lech. Although it was quite small it had everything we needed and was immaculately cleaned every day. The food was magnificent! Every evening we had different food to try. It was all served to our table by the cheerful helpful staff. Breakfast was a buffet style with lots of choice. As we went with Inghams travel we also had a packed lunch each day which was great to take on our walks. We also enjoyed the cake that was served in the bar every afternoon! I enjoyed using the small pool and sauna after walking. We had recommendations about where to walk and tips about which places to stop for a rest/drink. The Lech card (part of the Inghams holiday ) was great and saved us lots of money when catching the local buses and cable cars. As this holiday was originally booked for July 2020 we had waited a long time for it. We weren't disappointed and came away with lots of lovely memories.
