總得來説，都還是不錯的一家酒店

Room 321 cleanliness poor. Tea tray surface where cardboard cups inverted was very dirty! Room service staff make a cursory visit (arrived afternoon when we were there and 2 people whizzed round in less than 5 minutes). Bathroom towels never dry out as there are no towel rails - only 2 small notch hooks. TV - Not one English channel. Instructions not in English so did not understand! No information folder in room. Bar experience bizarre. Glass had to be brought from Restaurant. Expected to buy vouchers in advance? Did not bother - took glass from bar into dining room. Dinner: One choice only set menu! No bread when asked for with soup. Chips and salad every evening - to accompany meat. Breakfast: Excellent choice of hot or cold. Reception: Unable to provide correct information ref. local bus to lovely Amersfoort. Would have sent us 20 mins in wrong direction! If you need local bus - walk 10/12 mins. to Bedriventerrein De Horst Bus Stop. Excellent service card payments only. Euro 1.55 single. Disappointing service.

Lovely room and bathroom very large and well appointed. Cleanliness excellent and quiet. Food OK - My partner likes a full English and eggs were either scrambled or boiled, no baked beans, hash browns or sausages, the bacon was smoked and the potato option was very spicy so a little disappointing. I like scrambled egg with tomato and mushrooms and the tomatoes were covered in cheese! and the mushrooms wet and spicy! All other breakfast options were plentiful and good. The main meals were of limited choice and the quality went from good on the 1st evening to poor on the third and last evening. The soups were far too salty and a bread roll would have been appreciated. The accompaniment to the main meal was always chips and salad which were good and plentiful but some vegetables would have been good. Staff service was always good and friendly.

Terrible Staff, no refund of double payment (paid for one night approx 400,00), No kindness and help by nuisance of Youth. Even additional contact is ignored. Please stay away of this Hotel. Even wenn you have to travel more Km's to your client.

The room is spacious, light & clean. No minibar & tissues in the room. Bathroom with bath and shower. However, there is black mold on the shower walls. Breakfast was good. They even have gluten-free bread. No napkins at breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 20 years and its has always been very reasonably price if you ever wanted breakfast in the morning. However, breakfast has now become extremely expensive as they are charging €19.50 per person!!!!

Great location, staff, restaurant and rooms. Truly friendly staff, excellent location, excellent restaurant and very comfy rooms with a balcony access (at least the ones I have stayed. Truly recommend this!

Well there are 2 van der valk hotels in Amersfoort. We didn’t book into the one we thought we had, but it was fine. Big rooms all with a balcony, nice bar and restaurant!

The location of the property is convenient for me. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are large, clean, and well maintained. It was a pleasant stay and met my expectations.
