Excellent hotel, fabulous food and always plenty of choice to suit everyone. Staff, without exception, were friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was top class throughout. Location couldn't have been better, with the shopping street at the front and a gate (from the lovely pool area) took you quickly to the beach. Side sea view was very nice from our large balcony. Room was well equiped (a coffee/tea tray would have been good, but the tiniest detail) Great bathroom and shower. Fab cocktails and drinks choices in the hotel at sensible prices. Lots of nice bars close by too. Some reviews mention the hotel has mainly German guests, we didn't find this a problem at all. Jet 2 were excellent (as always). I would return here without any problem. Thanks to everyone in the hotel, we had a wonderful time!

Staff were absolutely lovely, the food was the best we had in any hotel we’ve been in Spain , the pool was lovely and big with plenty of space around the sunbeds , the room was spotless cleaned everyday and really modern. Would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 star.

A wonderful oasis of great facilities, service and relaxation. Couldn't fault it. Spacious and intimate at the same time. Set in trees on different levels with easy access to town and beaches if required. The buffet at breakfast and dinner was also excellent. For information, the resort and hotel was almost exclusively German travellers which we found a real travel bonus even as we seemed to be the only English speakers in the town, beach and hotel; others may prefer a more cosmopolitan mixture of guests.

Sseabag1A wonderful boutique hotel in a beautiful historic town. A major booking site rates it as #2 although on the day it scored higher than the one in top spot. The roads are narrow so if you come by car, park in the nearby free carpark and obtain the key code in advance. I recommend contacting the hotel direct to ensure the the best room for your needs. We had one of the suites (room 1) with a patio in the peaceful garden. There is another suite on the first floor with a large private balcony. Do your research because some of the rooms in all of the hotels will experience a little road noise. Our room was incredibly spacious and very peaceful. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. The twin beds are very comfortable and when placed together form a super, super king! This is a hands off hotel but someone is always available by phone. If you are high maintenance, it may not be for you. There is an honour bar and large fridge (very reasonable prices) plus tea and coffee machine. I found this better than a fridge in the room because they can be noisy. The staff are so caring and helpful. The continental breakfast is very extensive plus you only have to ask for a cooked breakfast if required. We've had the most enjoyable stay. Thank you.

DDebs DThe hotel is extremely smart and clean with comfortable beds, fluffy towels, the best breakfast buffet you have ever seen, and little nice touches that make your stay special, Friendly staff, lovely clean pool which was rather ‘refreshing’ end Sep. . The spa is a great addition and the massage was exceptionally good. Most guests appeared to be German or Spanish - very few English speakers. It was a 50 minute drive from the airport and easy to find. Nearly all rooms overlook at the sea - great view!. There are convenience shops near that stock a good selection of gifts, food and drink at reasonable prices. Beach is a bay with lounger rental €19 a day or €35 a day with a deposit box. A good location for Families and those not wanting a noisy nightlife - but it was still busy on the beach in the day. Not secluded if that’s what you are looking for. A great stay at this perfect hotel

we found Porto Cristo while on holiday in another resort earlier in the year and just had to book a stay in this wonderful place , and the only hotel we wanted to stay was The Felipe ! Sitting above the beach/harbour with views to heal the soul .We had a top floor room with all amenities , but the balcony is where we spent our time whenever we were in the room . The hotel was everything we hoped it would be with excellent personal service and excellent food served in the sea facing restaurant and veranda. The reception staff were very friendly and informative and all the staff we met were very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Felipe was kept very clean in all the areas used and the restaurant was spotless with a varied menu each night and the tables were cleared swiftly when people finished . We were only there for a long weekend and arrived early but ere able to leave our cases in reception and were told where to park the hire car up the road for free and from that moment on we had the best weekend. We had to check out at 12 on the last day but werent flying until later so they said we could leave the bags and use the spa showers later to freshen up before we departed . I cant recommend this hotel highly enough and we will 100% be returning to this wonderful place in beautiful Porto Cristo

ゲゲストBest holiday in a long time We enjoyed this hotel and holiday so much; we extended it by a few more days! We couldn’t have been happier with everything about Guya Playa. It’s perfect for families for so many reasons. This is not your typical high rise hotel, but small apartments with a lovely vibe. We chose to upgrade to a sea view and was worth every penny - especially if you have kids asleep early and you’re not stuck staring at the car park with your evening beer. The food here was simply exceptional. There is a different theme every evening but still get regular food in addition to. The standard of dishes and ingredients is second to non. As the only vegan in the family, it’s always a bit worrying and limiting. Not the case here. There were vegan options every evening; the chef not over complicating. Cooked amazing dishes such as ratatouille, vegan curries, salads, garlic mushrooms, various vegetables with garlic….I could go on and on. Breakfast time they also had different plant based milks to choose from; almond, soya and oat. The staff were very friendly and did everything to help us with any issues and were lovely with our young children. They even let us get a breakfast when checking out early in the morning before flying home. There are the pools ideal for children also. They don’t look too big on the photos but are more than adequate, and really safe. Always a lifeguard on duty. Beach nearby gets very crowded and is best to go early morning; sun beds are €16 for 2 and an umbrella. If you came brave the crows head towards the other end of the beach away from the hotels and it gets quieter and more beautiful. Anybody feeling particularly brave; the mountain with a tower on top that you can see from the pool is accessible. After a few unsuccessful attempts; the lady on reception told me the route for a morning jog. If you follow the red markings up the mountain, it leads to the summit. Bear in mind it’s rocky and a little challenging in some areas. Predominantly German resort but lots of different nationalities within the hotel. If anybody is wanting to watch English premier league games when there…be aware, bars aren’t particularly accommodating to requests for games - only Bundesliga. Shout out to who was happy to show any premier league game on request and has a beautiful bar/restaurant down on the front in Cala Radjada. Notes for improvements. Rooms could have a brush so that you can sweep up after a meal and messy kids - rather than waiting for the cleaner the next day. The wrist bands are a bit of a nightmare aswell. No plastic and wooden contraptions around your wrist; fantastic for the environment. However, they keep faltering (I assume when the wood gets wet from the pool). We went through 8 bands in total during the holiday. Also Cala Radjada is far away from Palma. This adds to the beauty and vibe, but we paid for a private taxi from the airport; which still takes an hour. If you have young kids

The pool was very nice. Not massive but big enough. I liked the fact that they had sun beds in the shade that was nice cause the UV at this time of year is so high ! The rooms were quite big the bathroom was the best part walk in shower ! There was aircon in the rooms and a nice pool view. The location is great : right in between sa coma and calla millor so two good beach options. I loved how quiet the hotel was most of time apart from the occasional entertainment from the staff like aquagym. The hotel was small but nice not packed with people either around the pool area so that was nice and relaxing. Now for the downsides : 1. The buffet in the morning was PACKED. The buffet area is definitely too small for the amount of people. It wasn’t packed in the evening but the morning from 9 o’clock on words it’s just wayyy to busy so come early ! 2. The buffet wasn’t worth a 4 star more like a 3 star. They weren’t any cooked vegetables and the people cooking the meat/fish/eggs were very slow. I know there were trying their best but the buffet definitely lacks staff. 3. Last thing : IT WAS BOILING GOT AND NO AIRCON IN THE BUFFET AREA !! I was sweating like a pig every evening it was definitely uncomfortable and annoying. So the buffet area needs rethinking cause other 4 star hotels are better. Apart from the disappointing buffet with the unbearable heat and no air con in the buffet area the hotel was decent. Food buffet experience : 6/10 Pool : 8/10 Relaxing : 9/10 Location : 9/10 Overall 7/10 hotel, if the buffet experience is improved it would be a lot better !

Just came back from holiday and had a lovely stay in Europa Apartments. ....Good.... - Walking distance to supermarket (Carrefour) - Quiet location to relax, but also not far to walk to beaches and restaurants - Free to park on the street, or near hotel - Nice room with balcony. Kitchen is equipped enough, have hairdryer installed, and aircon in living room - We love the swimming pool, and always have enough sunbeds to sit on, or chairs under the shade near the bar - Can borrow beach umbrellas at reception for free - Wifi is working well ... Needs Improvement... - Aircon only in living room, and nothing in bedroom. It can be super uncomfortable to sleep at night. Our aircon is poor and not blowing any cold air at all. Maybe add an electric fan to circulate the air - Ants everywhere! Maybe there is a way to get rid of them. We empty bins everyday and sweep the floor but they just keep coming back. - Maybe housekeeping at least every other day to change towels and bedsheets.

Just got back from this hotel. It’s in a great location. We had a nice room with view. The rooms are cleaned each day and towels and sheets changed every few days. The hotel is good value and food is ok. Some improvements I think would be to managed the reserving of sun beds even though it’s not allowed nothing is done to stop it with some beds being reserved and not used most of the day. Hardly any English tv channels but plenty of other channels. The music played by the pool is selected by the young bar men or life guard and they use their phones to Bluetooth it to a speaker. It’s the same sort of music each day and is more suited to younger people rather than the clientele that are mainly older. Also it’s played to loud. Apart from this I would still recommend this hotel if you looking for a good value break. The staff are all professional and friendly.
