ボブ W タワーヒル スタジオ(Bob W Tower Hill Studios)

チェックインとチェックアウトに問題はありませんでした。部屋はかなり狭く、トイレに通じるドアがありませんでした😑。

Loved it

モダンで手入れの行き届いた部屋。小さなキッチンがあり、とても便利でした。部屋の広さの割にはグラス、調理器具、食器などが充実していました。バスルームも素晴らしく、備品や設備もすべて素晴らしかったです。

I ended up checking in late alone after travelling for 7 hours. I was unable to get in the building first time but thank fully customer service helped me out instantly even though it was past 1am. My partner shortly joined around 3am and we went to sleep around 4. I woke up at 5am to contact customer service was there to help me with late checkout! My partner and I went back to sleep with ease after a smooth process with the customer support help. At 9:45 am we’ve heard a knock at the door and it was house keeping asking when are we leaving. After explaining that we have paid for late checkout at 1pm she left. We ended up going to sleep after that because we’ve not had the best sleep. She later came back at 12:10 in an angry tone saying “you still haven’t left?” This felt very rude as we paid £125 for the night plus £19 for late check in and we felt rushed to leave. Towards the end we felt very uncomfortable during the rest of our stay.

I really loved staying at the Bob W it was clean and the customer service was good! Something thats' always a big deal for me are the pictures posted online by the hotel matching the actual room once you arrive, and it was like that at the Bob W! I liked having a laundry room (but the dryer didn't work) and kitchen and the bathrooms were really nice overall. I liked how I could text them for anything too! I would recommend staying here. Lastly when my trip had to be cut short they were very accommodating and helped me.

Everything I needed in a compact and efficient layout. Close to the Tower of London and shops/restaurants.

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful appar**ent, fully equipped in everything (and more) that you could wish for. Great service, perfect location. 100% recommend!

Nice location, clean en new room, nice and easy contact whit app. Entree whit code is a nice way, you don”t need a key!
