ザ ハリントン(The Harrington - Gloucester Road - 1 Harrington Gardens)

Location was great and staff was great. The place needs a little work. The sofa in family area is horrible and very uncomfortable to sit in. It says it had a full freezer but it did not. One of the bathrooms had a shower curtain and made it horrible to shower in because it stuck to you and it did not contain the water in the shower. The Wi-Fi was not great and gave us problems. The fact that it had AC was a bonus if your looking for that. Overall it's not a place I want to hang out in during the day but that was not what we were there for so no big deal. I just expected more for the large nightly stay and was quite disappointed.

Location was good but the unit was disappointing. Front desk staff also very rude. Not all units have laundry facilities as stated on *******. When we asked at the front desk, we were told that we had to walk with our washing 8 mins to do it. Then told we should have rung to check laundry facilities. We arrived back one day to find housekeeping had left our front door wide open and were nowhere to be seen. We didn’t even ask for them to make up the room - they just let themselves in. Tiny elevator. Good location but that’s about it…

I liked the place where this hotel is located, and the fact that it is very clean. I did not like the fact that the kitchen has no windows, meaning that the whole apar**ent smells bad after cooking and you are obliged to eat out. Also, if you are more than 2 people, you are given a cot, and bot a sofa bed as advertised. I didn't like the lift, tiny and not modern. But the worst aspect is probably the price, which was very high and as high as 2 rooms in a hotel.

From the moment we entered the building it was amazing, the staff were so kind and welcoming. When we got into the room, it was even better than the pictures. We felt right at home, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need, the bathroom was well equipped too. Would definitely stay again guaranteed.

We had such a lovely overnight stay with our 2 year old! Having an apar**ent made our life so much easier than just a hotel room, there was more space than the pictures showed too! The staff were really lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Great value for money and we will definitely return!

Penthouse was lovely although as lift out of order 120 step climb everyday not ideal

We loved the Harrington Apar**ents and had a great stay. The apar**ent was large, spacious, beautiful and clean.The location was excellent just a short walk from Gloucester Road tube Station and we used the Piccadilly line to get in and out of Central London and perfectly located for our concert at the Royal Albert Hall which we walked back from.The staff were so friendly and welcoming and took an interest in us and could not have been more helpful. We are definitely going to go back to The Harrington Apar**ents on our next trip to London. Great eating options in the immediate neighbourhood. Mike and Gill Wilson December 23

Great location and felt totally safe. Staff available 24/7 and they were super friendly and helpful. Our studio was well stocked with everything a traveler would need. Our place was clean and comfortable. Staff and housekeeping exceeded expectations. Will definitely return here.

Good points. The bathroom and shower are excellent. The air con was good and easy to control. The kitchen is clean and functional. Shops restaurants nearby. Bad points. The walls are paper thin...we were in apar**ent room 501 on the upper level and could clearly hear the admittedly unnecessarily loud conversations from next apar**ent. Thankfully we dont speak arabic and mercifully there was no late evening chatter or we would have had to complain.
