Front desk was very nice and quick and efficient checking me in . Checking out they even gave me extra time to check out. Facilities were recently updated and very clean!

More a Cra@& Motel. Wanted a $50 key deposit in cash! Avoid this place.

Well I was a bit surprised. Check in is at 3pm not noon, as stated on the original reservation, so that delayed our vacation a bit.. Cash only option for their deposit because their machines were down, only to be inconvenienced by their atm being down too. Thank goodness for internet banks and zelle. Not much parking but we weren’t bothered too much. Stayed 1 night.

Not a good area. Over priced for nothing! Shocked that any reputable service (*******) would support a place like this. Hope this isn't all Long Beach has to offer. I would never ever stay in a facility such as this. Very low end. Even had to give a $50 cash deposit! Shameful business practice!

Nice hotel. Got room here for my Dad and his wife who are in their mid 70’s for a stay to be near her son who lives in Long Beach. Hotel was clean with comfortable bed. Nice amenities in room. They had to leave a cash deposit for incidentals since I paid for room on card. They had to leave early for flight and forgot to get deposit back. Manage/ owner called me and let me know and returned their deposit to me by Venmo to get it back to my Dad. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Long Beach area.

Got room here for my dad and his wife to stay a few days to be close to her son who lives in Long Beach. Nice room with comfortable bed and good amenities in room. Dad had to put up a cash deposit for incidentals since I paid for room with card on ******* already. They had to leave early for flight and forgot to get deposit back. The manager/ owner called me and let me know and sent refund back to me by Venmo to return it to my dad. Don’t see that type of honesty near as much as we should. Would highly recommend stay at this hotel for anyone in the area.

Area was very sketchy. The room was not well cleaned. The floor was sticky and it didn’t smell right. There were no towels, no toilet paper, and the bed didn’t have all of the bedding. The woman at the desk said a $50 CASH deposit was required. Not planning to go back again.

I stayed for 5 nights, I was surprised the room is clean and in very good shape, customer service was very helpful either the gentleman in the day time or the lady at night any little issue they got it done right away, definitely I’m going back again.

Parking somewhat difficult. Bare minimum amenities. Okay If you’re literally just there to sleep.

This place was great! We enjoyed being within a good distance between Universal Studios and Long Beach. It’s under new management. The staff is friendly. Parking was an issue but we were accommodated. Can’t really complain of anything. We will definitely be going back!

This place is good for a local stay while you check out Long Beach. The rooms are being remodeled with new paint, floors, beds, etc. so be sure to check if one of those are available. Based on older reviews, the difference in rooms is substantial. The biggest flaw with the place is the cramped parking. It may take some maneuvering to get in and out of certain spaces.

Called the hotel around 11pm to see if check in would be complicated since I don’t stay in hotels often, the female receptionist that answered said no and that they’re open and to come on down. Booked it on the app and showed up, check in was easy, the female receptionist was super nice. They took a $50 cash deposit that was disclosed in the app so I was expecting that. I had to get the deposit back a couple days later since I don’t live in the area and had to leave early so that was on me. Overall pleasant experience, super easy check in, was quiet, plenty of street parking, 12 mins from downtown Long Beach.

TV never worked, despite plea to management. For $230 one might expect ice availability, coffee (either in room or at office, shampoo.

Kinda weird 50.00 cash deposits and when checking out manager walks thru room … guessing it’s a bad area … probably won’t be back
