Honestly was an okay place but definitely wouldn’t return we went out for our first ever holiday as a couple as was firstly met with a room that smelled like sewage after carrying 3 heavy bags up 4 flights of stairs. I booked this location because of a few things, I was told there was lifts, a heated pool, double beds, and modern style rooms which I didn’t get any off. We did get to move rooms after the first one having a vile smell and the man at reception was so helpful and lovely I didn’t get his name tho. We had constant issues with the beds if we tried to sit on them they slid on the floor was constantly waking up in the night away from the wall because the beds just slide also had an issue with the housekeepers just walking into the rooms without knocking and not changing the bedding just making it, the pool was also freezing most of the time that might be because there was no sun out tho and there was 0 lifts of you are ina room over 50 you won’t get to use the lift you will have to drag cases and what ever els u have up 3-6 sets of stairs. A few good points is the food was nice wasn’t many options and a bit pricey but hotels always are lol. Entertainment on every evening always someone singing No sun bed wars that could have been because there was no sun tho lol And I wanna say a huge thankyou to the man working 16th of May around 4pm he was an amazing help even provided a plug as we forgot ours

Hotel was a nice hotel staff were friendly very nice room with a double bed and balcony area but room was very hot all the time as we only had a fan no air conditioning there was many steps up to our apar**ent and our block had no lift would not be ideal for elderly people, the beach is about a 10 minute walk away and there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel which is handy. Near impossible to get a sunbed unless you reserve one well before 8.

Have stayed here twice. First time great however, second time there were loads of pigeons flying about and walking under the sun loungers around the pool. I have a huge phobia of them so I was unable to relax. I'm not talking about wood pigeons (which there were, but I don't mind those ones) I mean the kind you find in city centres. I've seen them on the beach before in Tenerife but never around the pool, it was awful for me. Siam park was the same, really bad scavengers for food. Obviously this is not the hotels fault they're wild birds, but just a heads up to anyone that can relate to me.

No sun loungers guard got some 4th day then had people saying we stole them. Room barley cleaned . Staff went threw my bag and passports. Had to ask for towels . Not the best place to stay staff miserable and rude. Plug socket nearly blew on fire.

We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 children and a baby) and have just returned from staying at the Tenerife Sur. We were really worried after reading the reviews but we had the best time! We were given a ground floor apar**ent overlooking the pool, other than it being a little small it was clean and just what we needed. All the staff we came into contact with were lovely and always had a smile for us. The reception staff went above and beyond when our little girl managed to change our safe code - they had to call out the safe company to unlock it for us and it was free of charge. We felt very well looked after. We spent a lot of time at the beach which was a lovely 10 minute walk down the hill. We also ate out at the harbour every night- there are some really nice restaurants around. All in all we absolutely loved our time here and are already planning our next trip.

We we're promised a room with a pool view what we actually got was a room with a view of a tree!! Furthermore the hotel signs that NO sunbeds can be reserved but they were reserved from 7am onwards and often the sunbeds would not be occupied. Previously the hotel had a pool attendant who collected all towels that had put down to reserve the beds. He was no longer working at the hotel and he had been replaced by an attendant that didn't move from his/her chair all day. We will NOT be returning and would NOT recommend.

Great location, friendly cleaning staff. No charge for the internet, but it hardly works . Would honestly say it's not working 80% of the time. Lady at reception was lovely, the 2 men I encountered were as miserable as sin! I think being om holiday is an inconvenience for them. First impressions count, so not a good start to the holiday. I probably wouldn't stay here again, as wouldn't want to inconvenience the men in reception!

We stayed here at the Tenerife sur in march it's was cleaned most days,some days it was just towels and bins rest of the time it was full clean,staff were friendly and helpful, always got a sunbed what ever the time we went down Very handy shop on site not overly expensive.

My overall experience of my jet 2 holiday was good, with the exception of our check in experience. On arrival at Tenerife sur apar**ents, we were told our room was not ready, and had to wait for over an hour. I find this strange considering we were instructed that we had to vacate our room by 11am on our day of departure. My point is, if we need to be out by 11am, then why was my room not ready for 15:00 ?. This apart my overall experience with jet 2 was good.
