ラックバンの駐車場付きホテル

1.) We make a call for reservation last tuesday Feb.07 stating that we will be there by thursday Feb.09 , front desk confirm it was ok, but when I make a call/txt on Feb.09 at morning just to confirm the reservation the front desk says there was no reservation for us. So basically employees in the front desk did not make a proper endorsement. 2.) Someone took our charcoal that we will use for grilling pork etc etc (I will not mention what department it is but I know) We leave it for a short time of period because we are fixing things at room ,when we go back to get the charcoal it was already missing. Thankfully the guards on duty help us to retrieve the charcoal. 3.) Breakfast in the restaurant - I ask the staff Feb.09 (Afternoon/Night time duty) about the breakfast if they will serve it in the room for tom morning Feb.10 they said it was ok that they can bring it or we can just go to the restaurant to eat. Feb 10 at morning when I ask the staff (Morning duty) if they can bring it to the room they said they will not bring it but we can take it ourself and take note there are 4 staff duty that morning busy sitting and texting . Im dissapointed overall....
