「私の滞在に高い期待を持っていましたが、それは完全に満たされ、感銘を受けました。 全体的な歓迎と雰囲気は、プロフェッショナルで誠実でした。 私たちのベッドルーム、追加料金でアップグレード後のジュニアスイートは適度な広さでしたが、バスルームのドアのレイアウトにより、ゲストの後ろに入る/閉じるのは難しく、少し危険でした。 温泉村は混雑していましたが、理解できました。全体的に清潔で非常に更新されているように感じられたため、基準を維持するのが難しい可能性があることは理解されていますが、衛生面についての懸念はあまりありませんでした。 朝食ルーム、選択肢、サービスは予想通り良かったので、登録する価値があります。とはいえ、2日目にはもう朝食をとるなんて考えられなかったので、オプションとして1日だけ朝食をとるのもいいかもしれません。 スパビレッジで利用できるものに頼らなければならなかったので、バスルームにボディローションがあればよかったと思います…そして2泊の滞在では、バスアメニティは補充されていませんでした… ソフトドリンク/ミニバーが無料の場合はいつでも大歓迎です。冷蔵庫をいっぱいにするのにそれほどお金はかかりませんが、このような小さなジェスチャーはゲストを歓迎していると感じさせます 素晴らしいご滞在をありがとうございました。将来、80歳の母をここに連れて行きたいと思っています。彼女はとても楽しむでしょう!!」

「The hotel is an incredible building which must take some maintenance. We booked a double room for one night and arrived at lunchtime with the intention of sightseeing in bath for a couple of days. The hotel was happy for us to park all day both days which was great. The check in process (after 3pm) was very easy and we had a very clean room with plenty of towels, 2 robes and slippers for the spa/pool. The double room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The hotel pool was crowded and looking a little tired but was as expected. The outside heated pool was very nice and relaxing. We didn’t have any spa treatments or use the gym but both looked well kept and the gym had good modern equipment. We didn’t eat in the restaurant preferring to find a restaurant in bath itself. Breakfast was a bit of a chaotic affair with several hotel staff doing various jobs with no apparent coordination. The wait for a table, then coffee was long and then we had to wait again to order breakfast. The whole process of breakfast took well over an hour which is poor. It was clear that there was no clear process as some tables were getting their cooked breakfast before us even though we were taken to our table 30 mins before them. The little waiter man with his paper pad was a bit useless. When the ‘full English’ breakfast came it was a small plate of well cooked food but not really as described in the menu. In terms of portion size it was more like a kids breakfast. We weren’t served any toast either and had to ask for it unlike other tables who received it with their drinks order which seemed a bit weird. The continental buffet was a bit scarce with no bowls or spoons so we had to use our fruit juice glasses for the yogurt and fruit. The whole thing could be improved with a breakfast buffet under a hot plate if they haven’t got enough staff to serve it.」

「Friendly reception staff and smooth process of checking in. Room was spacious and had a good view. Walkable distance to town centre. Breakfast spread was great as well! Would return in the future!」

「Lovely place and lovely people. Great customer service/care, great greeting, and what a lovely room, too. I loved everything about this place. Location is not the best (over the hill) but has great views of the city. Breakfast is good and the whole place gives you a cozy feeling that you'd like to stay at this lovely B&B more. Stayed for one night but would certainly choose this place if I get back to Bath again. Thanks.」
