「連絡通路でショッピングモールに繋がったいて便利。ショッピングモールもかなり綺麗です。 もちろんホテルもリフォームしたのか綺麗でした。 残念な所は、シングルベッドのワイドが100㎝くらいで狭かったのと、シャワールームの排水がダメでした。 でも、総合的に素晴らしいホテルです。 必ずリピートします。」

「The hotel's receptionists were warm and welcoming. However, we were disappointed to find that we couldn't order a Grab from the lobby since it wasn't a designated pickup point. This meant we had to take a short walk to the main road, which was quite inconvenient, especially when it rained, which was often during our stay. The hot weather made it even more unbearable. The hotel's new furniture and cabinets emitted a strong smell of VOCs, which we tried to alleviate by opening the windows during the day. Although the corridor was tiled, it was dirty when we arrived. The next day, the cleaners mopped the long corridor, leaving it quite wet. The elevator was also located far from our bedroom. On the positive side, our unit was spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a living room. The amenities were good, and the value was excellent considering the size of the unit, which was around 70 square meters.」

「先日、イポーにあるザ・スタリオンズに宿泊しましたが、嬉しい驚きでした。できたばかりのホテルなので、まさに「フレッシュ」な雰囲気とモダンな美しさが際立っており、他ではなかなか味わえない魅力があります。 良かった点（期待以上） • 清潔でモダン：建物が新しいので、ロビーから客室まで全てが清潔感にあふれていました。洗練されたデザインは、価格帯を考えると想像以上に高級感がありました。 • 充実した設備：共用エリアとプールは特に素晴らしかったです。インスタ映えするスポットとして、またゆったりと過ごせる快適な滞在のために、細部にまでこだわって設計されていることがよく分かりました。 • 利便性：街の中心部に位置しているため、食事や観光に出かけるのにとても便利です。 注意点 滞在は概ね素晴らしかったのですが、ゲストが注意すべき点が2つありました。 • バスルームの換気：トイレに換気扇（排気ファン）がなかったのが残念でした。シャワー後は浴室が少し蒸し暑く感じるかもしれませんので、換気のためにドアを開けておく必要があるかもしれません。 ・眺望（低層階）：私は2階に宿泊しましたが、眺望はほとんどありませんでした。街並みや山々の景色を重視する方は、周囲の景色を存分に楽しむために、高層階（10階以上）の部屋をリクエストすることを強くお勧めします。」

「湖畔の各ユニットのすぐ前にある豊かな緑、自然の音、歴史を楽しめる素晴らしいリゾートです。Haven への 2 回目の訪問です。 スタッフは最高で、高齢者を含む 8 人の家族や友人のグループがきちんと世話されるように、特別な配慮をしてくれました。 レストランの Manna と Miguel Appu の A1 の気配りとおもてなしに特に感謝しています。私たちはとても歓迎されていると感じ、スタッフはいつも笑顔でした。 Haven のバンを予約してイポー/ゴペン周辺を観光していたので、案内してくれたドライバー兼ガイドの Fook Kuan に感謝します。素晴らしい旅行になるように助けてくれてありがとう。 友人たちはとても喜んでいました。また Haven に必ず戻ってきます。」

「Modern hotel with a beautiful lobby. The front desk was very helpful and managed to get us an early check-in which we really appreciated as a family travelling with a baby for the first time!」

「部屋は清潔で整頓されており、ベッドも快適でした。新築のため、一部の階はまだ改装工事中でした。 夜、シャワーを浴びている最中に停電になったのは初めての経験でした。代理店に連絡しようとしましたが、担当者が不在だったため、部屋の変更しか選択肢がありませんでした。荷物をすべて別の階に移動するのに余計な時間がかかりました。 改善点としては、予約金の免除、もしくはチェックイン前日に代理店から予約確認と予約金の支払い確認の連絡をいただくことを検討していただきたいです。チェックイン前に予約金を支払っていたのですが、代理店が私の連絡を見落としていた可能性があります。警備員に呼び止められ、質問された後にようやく入室用のQRコードを受け取ることができたため、非常にストレスを感じました。」

「Checking in was a nightmare to us. We arrived hotel for checking in around 4pm and we found there was long queue for registration. No choice we have to join the queue. After 15mins queuing, we heard the hotel staff shout to everyone in the queue: ”All your room won't be ready soon! It might take more than two hours. We just want to ask for your patient!” No apologies, no explanation. Since the room couldn't be ready that time, we decided to come back later for checking in. We came back to the hotel for checking in around 7pm. Unfortunately still long queue. It took another 3 hours wait for successful checking in our room. Realized only one staff working at the counter and this was definitely hotel management arrangement issue. Think twice for choosing this hotel for your stay especially during peak season.」

「very clean and spacial room, very good the family stay. the view is good and quite as it stay inside the golf court. free washing machine and dry is the great point.」
