We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Everything is good. The room is spacious and comes with good amenities. However, I would suggest providing mineral water in the room. I would also like to comment about the front desk staff, who was a bit rude towards elderly guests like us. I ordered GrabFood, which was supposed to arrive between 8:05 pm and 8:20 pm. However, the rider arrived a little early and called me, but unfortunately, I did not hear my phone ringing. Later, I saw the message, so I went down to collect the food at the front desk. The front desk staff responded to me in a rather rude manner. If he was trying to joke or tease, I felt that it was inappropriate, especially towards elderly guests like us. I hope the management can take this as constructive feedback and remind the staff to be more polite and respectful towards elderly guests.Otherwise it ìs a nice hotel and i will defenitely come back to stay there

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Comfortable, clean, and convenient, especially if you’re looking for a place to stay for a night and enjoy a fine dining experience without having to go far. Valet parking is available at RM20 per night, which is quite reasonable. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety. The hotel has two elevators, so there was hardly any waiting time. Overall, the room was comfortable and the whole stay felt pleasant and hassle-free. Definitely a good choice for a one-night stay, especially for a business trip or a quick getaway.

このアパートを予約したのは、立地の良さと、ほぼ新築だったからです。 良い点： + 立地 - 街に近く、とても便利 + ほぼ新築で、空室率も低いためとても静かで、建物内の設備は新品です。ただし、スパプールやアタプチプールなどは閉鎖されています。 + IWHのカスタマーサービスは良好です。カスタマーサービス担当のディーさんはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。 + ユニット内にCukcooのウォーターディスペンサーがあり、温水と冷水の両方が飲めるのでとても良かったです。 + 家電はブランド物です。 悪い点： - アパートの家具は良くありませんでした。ダイニングスツールの周りに鋭い金属片があり、実際に娘の足を切ってしまいました。 - マットレスは非常に硬く、枕は柔らかすぎました。 - タオル、シャワージェル、シャンプーは用意されていますが、手洗い用の石鹸は用意されていません。 - 用意されているタオルの質はかなり悪く、1枚にはタバコの臭いが付いていたので交換をお願いしました。 - シャワーとトイレが別々なのは良いのですが、バスルームとリビングエリアを仕切るカーテンがないため、シャワーから出て着替えるのが少し面倒です。 - 水圧はあまり良くありません。 全体的に見て、価格は良いのですが、予算に優しい家具が使われているため、写真で見るよりも実際の方がはるかに良く見えるアパートの一つだと感じています。

イポー パレードに近いという立地は気に入っていますが、残念ながら朝食コピティアムや建物の近くにレストランはありません。中華料理を食べるには別の建物まで歩く必要があります。観光で来るなら問題ありませんが、仕事で来るならホテルの朝食を取った方が良いでしょう。ホテルの朝食はナシレマと麺です。毎日同じです。麺はマギーミーに変わることもあります。また、パンとシリアルも毎日あります。麺はとても美味しいです。レストランを一般に開放できるようになれば、ホテルにとっても間違いなくプラスになるでしょう。このホテルの悪い点は、部屋の電源プラグが限られていることです。延長コードは自分で持参する必要があります。また、エアコンの問題もあります。気温が 17 度でも、夜は汗をかきます。エアコンは単なる付属品のようなもので、寝るときには扇風機を開けなければなりません。ホテルはエアコン付きの部屋に料金を請求しますが、扇風機付きの部屋になります。エアコンの冷気はソファーに座った時だけ感じます。ベッドでは冷たい風は感じません。マレーシアの猛暑日には、エアコンをつけない限り、オーブンルームに戻ることになります。ハウスキーピングは、リクエストがあった場合にのみ部屋の清掃を行います。ホテルは、チェックイン時にお客様に通知するか、部屋に通知を置く必要があります。客室内には、カウンターに電話して助けを求めるための電話がありません。助けを求めるには、携帯電話を使用して固定電話に電話するか、ロビーまで行って何かを尋ねる必要があります。

A big thumbs up to ICC Premium Suite! 🤩 We were blown away by the amazing amenities and spacious rooms! 💤 Love the thoughtful touch of having two pillows, one soft and one firm, to cater to different sleeping styles 😴. The location is unbeatable - just a stone's throw away from the night market 🛍️ and only RM5 from Ipoh rail stations 🚂. Perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway in Ipoh 🏖️. We'll definitely be back!

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The management team was helpful and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A security deposit is required upon check-in, which is reasonable. The deposit was refunded within three working days without any issues. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

到着時に提供された2つの連絡先に連絡しましたが、どちらも応答がなく、非常に迷惑で残念でした。 1つは留守番電話につながり、もう1つは電話に出ませんでした。そのため、ホストが信頼できないという印象を受けました（返信のない会話を添付しました）。 この物件を管理している不動産管理者または代理店は、もっとプロ意識を持つべきです。 部屋は新しいペンキでいっぱいで、その匂いがひどく不快でした（新しいペンキが塗られたトイレのドアの写真を添付）。 ビデ（シャワーヘッド）が壊れていて、水が飛び散り、服やトイレットペーパーがびしょ濡れになりました！（壊れたビデの写真を添付） トイレには換気扇が設置されておらず、換気のために窓を開けると、隣室から丸見えです。宿泊客の快適さを全く気にしないという彼らの意図は明らかです（換気のためにトイレの窓を開けると、上の階から丸見えで、シャワー中にプライバシーが全くありません。窓を閉めてシャワーを浴びると、しばらくすると息苦しくなります！）。 イポーは飲食店が多いことで有名ですが、夕食を持ち帰る際に食器類が非常に残念でした。ホストは皿やカトラリーをほとんど用意してくれず、カップ4つと皿4つだけでした。まるでそれ以上用意すると莫大な投資が必要になるかのように。予備のゴミ袋やトイレットペーパーも見当たりません。彼らはあまりにも計算高く、たとえ部屋を清潔に保つために使っているとしても、追加のゴミ袋などは一切提供しないでください。せめてゴミ袋を余分に用意していただければ、自分でゴミを詰めて清潔に保つことができます。 各部屋にシャワータオルは2枚しかなく、プールタオルもありませんでした。本当に配慮に欠けています！ 最悪なのは、チェックアウトの案内メールが朝6時に送られてきて、起こされることです！ チェックアウト日にピークシーズンの予約が入っているなら、チェックアウトのリマインダーを送っていただいても構いませんが、朝6時に送るのはやめてください！ Trip.comはエージェントの質をチェックし、最低基準を設定すべきだと思います。ホストは本当にがっかりしていました。私たちは時間を無駄にしたくないので、我慢してチェックアウト後にレビューを書くことにしました。

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.
