The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of vegetables for the salad. The Singapore-style bihun goreng was so yummy! However, the rice for the nasi lemak tasted a little bit unusual. My kids really enjoyed the cereal, bihun goreng, bread with jam, and the pastries. Plus, near the hotel, there were plenty of restaurant and kiosk options around the Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah area. At night, you can rent bicycles, buggies, and other vehicles to ride around the roundabout—it was so much fun! There was even a small train, which the kids absolutely loved. In the morning, after our wonderful breakfast, my kids and I went back to the roundabout for a brisk walk and spent some time at the playground. It was really enjoyable and a great way to start the day. I would also like to send my appreciation to Trip.com customer service. We stayed at Wyndham Garden Suites Ipoh City Centre for one night and had a very pleasant experience. We booked the 2-bedroom suite, which comes with 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and basic cutlery — very convenient and comfortable, especially for families or small groups. The room was very clean and well maintained. The mattresses were solid and comfortable, giving us a good night’s sleep. Everything felt neat, functional, and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely hope to come back again next time we’re in Ipoh.

部屋は私にとっては少し暗く、夜は午前 1 時まで外でバイクレースをしている人たちで騒々しかったです。朝食はシンプルで選択肢も限られていました。エアコンは部屋を冷やすのに少し時間がかかりました。バスルームにはボディ ジェルしかなく、シャンプーやコンディショナーはありませんでした。自分で用意したほうがよいでしょう。給湯器は機能しておらず、少し温かいお湯でしかシャワーを浴びられませんでした。

Good service, clean place. We need place deposit RM200 and will only be refunded after 3 days upon checkout. I think the deposit is too high as we have already made payment for the booking. Usually the deposit is refunded upon checkout not after 3 days which is slightly too long

Overall stay inside the apartment is fine. But the apartment only have 1 lift sharing with the construction workers is bad!! We couldn't use the lift and need to wait for 2 rounds before we can enter. Reason is the construction workers occupied the lift to go up and down the building. Only 1 lift is working for the construction workers and residents together. Dreadful... Very dusty.. In addition the construction workers hanging around at the corridor ie entrance to the apartment!!

I ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.
