場所は、プール、アーケードなどのすべての設備で優れています。強くお勧めします

ホテルは高級感があり、食事も美味しく、市内中心部に近いので、地元グルメを探しに行くのに便利でした。プールも部屋もトイレも清潔で、値段も手頃でした。

素晴らしい滞在でした！家はきれいに整備されていて、隅々まで扇風機とエアコンが付いていて、とても快適でした。洗濯機までありました。一番良かったのは、プールに面した部屋で、素晴らしい景色でした！何より、子供たちがプールで大はしゃぎしていたので、ホストの方がチェックアウト時間を30分延長してくださったのが嬉しかったです。本当に感謝しています！😊

とてもよい体験でした。スタッフは優しかったし、プールも良かったです。

15-20イポーの町の中心部まで車で約1分、イポーガーデンイーストの緑豊かな高台にあるサービスアパートメントです。新鮮な空気と見事な石灰岩の山の景色が大好きです。子供たちは大きな屋外スイミングプールとウォータースライドも楽しんでいます。

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

最高ですが、トイレにパイプがありません。イスラム教徒としてはちょっと不便です。シャワーには温水と冷水の両方が出ます。部屋と場所はとても美しいです。 バスルームのあまり良くないシンクが出てきません、おそらく壊れています。ただし、Concubine Lane、Book Xcessなどの近くにあります。駐車場はそこのお店のエリアに駐車できます。

The apartment is big & spacious..Clean and well managed..The service was great especially the staff who brought extra beds & pillows.The customer service is good..

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.

WhatsApp the person to ask something but no answer….. the water was leaking and the tap was clogged so the water went down really reallyyyyyy slow
