マリオット ホテルでの滞在は最高でした。部屋は格別に快適で、清潔で、長い旅の後の休息には最適でした。本当に印象的だったのは、素晴らしいスタッフです。フレンドリーで気配りがあり、思い出に残る体験ができるよう最善を尽くしてくれました。これ以上のホスピタリティは望めません。本当に楽しい滞在のために、このホテルを強くお勧めします。

チェックイン、ルームサービス、レストラン、ランドリーまで、すべてが完璧でした。蚊が多かったですが、蚊取り線香を用意してくれたので問題は解決しました。

すべてが順調に進んだのですが、4日目の夜、寝ている間に天井のランプが外れて私の上に落ちてきました。ハウスキーピング担当者はトイレをきちんと洗わず、ティッシュやトイレットペーパーを補充しませんでした。私たちはこの場所でかなり不快な滞在をしました。

マドゥライで最高のホテルです。サービスは素晴らしく、スタッフはフレンドリーで素晴らしい対応をしてくれました。時間を割いて会話をしてくれたGMのJP Menon氏に感謝したいと思います。

客室内に水筒を追加で用意していただき、食事の料金も改定していただきたいです。

素晴らしい滞在でした。ショッピング街から少し離れた場所ですが、朝食とスタッフは素晴らしかったです。

Perfect stay

Right from Check in to check out we had a smooth experience. The rooms are luxurious. The pillows and mattress are super comfortable. We witnessed eco friendly themes inside viz. Unnecessary lights were switched off, glass bottles given instead of plastic bottles and small plastic toiletries were replaced with bigger bottles that will last long. We were fortunate to be part of Srilankan Cuisine festival which showcased various Srilankan cuisines like Kokul Mas Curry, Kotha Parotha and authentic Srilankan spices. Our dining experience too was no less than a superb. Rafikul ensured that we get what we had asked for. He was there on our every request that we made. He was very helpful and quick to respond on our requests. Thanks Courtyard by Marriott for a superb experience.
