Great hotel to stay. Interiors done very artistically and tastefully. Maintained very neat and clean too. All amenities provided as promised. Prompt services provided as and when requested. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Buffet breakfast served in restaurant had a good spread and awesome food.

Completed my booking thru Goibibo which offered a moderate tariff to stay at the hotel. The hotel has had a close proximity to both the railway station and Meenakshy Amman Temple. The room including the rest room is very clean. Enjoyed the stay at the above hotel. The hotel has no restaurant neverthless nothing to worry there are restaurants nearby.. Hotel Sabari situated nearby offers a delicious vegetarian food but the problem is it is always crowded but still the staff are very co-opereative and h elp us finding the place to dine. For those interested in purchase of textiles can move off to Villakkuthoon area where you can find plenty of textile shops both wholesale and retail.
The hospitality of the staff is what impressed me the most. They were very helpful with our requests and constantly checked with us to see if everything was okay with our stay at the hotel. The restaurant also has a variety of food from different cuisines and was very tasty too. Will definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends who are planning on visiting Madurai soon.

We had booked a few rooms for our family wedding function guests including guests from Philippines. The experience in the hotel is simply superb and amazing. Guest relationship manager Mr.Pandian has been excellent particularly. He addressed any of our concern like a breeze. Actually, Mr.Pandian already helped me with similar stay in 2023 when I had to manage lot of guests from Sweden. And Mr.Pandian really managed that fantastic. With that professional support from Mr.Pandian, I confidently went back in Dec 2024. Overall this is a great hotel and Mr.Pandian can walk that extra mile for customer delightment. We are extremely happy.
There was a problem with the room when I arrived but when I complained the front desk staff moved me immediately. However the next room had a big problem with a very strong drain smell coming from the bathroom. Come on guys, sort this out. The staff try so hard to make the stay memorable but then there is a problem like this which is easy to fix. I have given four stars, not three, as the staff are so kind and helpful.
My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect. The staffs were so friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also convenient as it was close to public transportation. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

ゲゲストLocation is very perfect, it's in the centre of the city away from the railways and bus stand crowd and noise. Food is lovely. Nice and tasty breakfast with choices and with smiling staff. The room is very comfortable with all the required amenities and the services are superb. Asked for late dinner all these 5 days stay and without any hesitations received. Love this place and would recommend for stay with family or solo. Great experience. 10 out of 10
ゲゲストHotel check in at 10:00 am after request i have booked early check in. Room was not cleaned after request they done it promptly. Towel they provided at night 10 pm. They not provided any soap and hand wash. Hotel front gate full of dustbins, too unhygienic.
Vvenkateshn2020We had booked a room at this Hotel for Aug 19th on the Hotel's website and had paid an advance of Rs.1000. We had an email confirmation received for our booking also. However, on arriving at the Hotel on 19th, we were informed that they cannot give us a room because of some ongoing event in Madurai. Not only that, till date, they have not refunded the booking advance despite emails and phone calls. However, I am grateful to one gentleman at the Hotel who was kind enough to point us to another alternate Hotel which had a room available where we could stay that night. If they had constraints for which they were canceling our reservation, they could have easily informed us on phone or email they won't be able to honour the reservation and should have returned the booking advance. Clearly, the Hotel does not think either one is necessary.
