My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect. The staffs were so friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also convenient as it was close to public transportation. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Good propery, with neat and clean rooms with wooden furniture & fixtures added a luxurious environment. The restaurant having all types of foods, south indian, north indian and continental foods with good ambiance to add taste to the foods. Overall experience was very good. Whenever we visit madurai, we have locked this facility in our dairy.

ホテルグランドサバレスは、鉄道駅、ベジタリアンレストラン、メナクシ寺院に近く、便利な場所にあります。部屋はとても手入れが行き届いていて清潔です。価格は非常に合理的です。スタッフはとても丁寧で、ゲストが快適に過ごせるよう最善を尽くします。彼らは、アーリーチェックインのリクエストを1時間以内に受け入れました。部屋は小さくコンパクトで、手入れが行き届いており、バスルームもとても清潔に保たれています。お湯は24時間利用できます。外からの食べ物は部屋に持ち込むことができます - 屋内レストランはありません - しかし、いくつかの良いレストランが近くにあります。鉄道駅は徒歩圏内で、バススタンドも同様です。マドゥライに旅行するときは、この滞在を好みます。

There was a problem with the room when I arrived but when I complained the front desk staff moved me immediately. However the next room had a big problem with a very strong drain smell coming from the bathroom. Come on guys, sort this out. The staff try so hard to make the stay memorable but then there is a problem like this which is easy to fix. I have given four stars, not three, as the staff are so kind and helpful.

upon arrival, we were welcomed by name as we were repeat guests. there is a pillow menu. the hotel uses earth-friendly measures - disposable toiletries made from sustainable/recyceble materials. food in buffet breakfast is really tasty. Ask staff for the menu in kitchen for freshly-made thosai/eggs/poori etc. The staff willingly inform the best milk/decoction raitio for their good coffee. there are daily local newspapers and housekeeping gives free refills on fruit and tasty in-house cookies! we were treated to a free dinner as we were repeat guests of the hotel and the current theme celebrating ”pandia naadu” has a beautiful spread. very polite staff every where thourghout stay. highly recommend.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 children enroute for our temple pilgrimage . Very New Hotel ( understand it has been around for abt 6 month ) . Excellent 5 Star stay !! From the start to end , details were looked after . When we entered , from the security to the bell men and the reception staff , we received warm welcome . Staff offered us a tulsi garland n welcome drink . Then seamless Check in . Rooms were spacious , very clean , hot shower functioned well , and our request for extra blankets , and dine in were promptly handled by staff . Breakfast and dinner at the bazaar were also good , with a good spread of Indian and international cuisine options and even the chef coming out to observe and view diner experience . Service by all staff from Shasha to Rani were all good . When we checked out , staff Yemti gave us a farewell token gift - of nice dried flowers . Very nice and pleasant . We missed the 15 mins complimentary foot massage as we had to rush off , but we will return again to this hotel for sure if we are in Madurai . Special mention goes to reception staff Sasi Kamal who helped with seamless check in n his friendly disposition . Also , this hotel has 24hr room dine in service , which was really useful to us as we had a young kid n we could order a quick grilled cheese sandwich or so which was nicely served and quick with fries n some vegetables too !!! Highly recommended in Madurai , luxurious stay , from ambience , to quality of food and service by all staff . Very pleased . Will return !!even my children said they will miss this hotel !!!well done grand Madurai !!

Close to Madurai international airport less than 5 km from Meenakshi Amman Temple. Hotel offers accommodation with few restaurants and free WiFi throughout the property as well. Comfortable Rooms. Very Good Breakfast. very friendly Staff. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the City of Madurai. TN India.
