I was very disappointed with the service and the behavior specifically the receptionist. We booked for an all inclusive stay and when we got there we were told that it was “well know hotel policy” that the all inclusive option doesn’t include alcohol if you booked for less than 3 nights… we checked other websites for the same hotel and the actually differentiate between all-in and all-in soft for less than three nights Trip.com offered us “15€ compensation” as if it was enough 🤷🏻‍♀️ The beach was amazing and we decided to give it a chance and a third night, change to a cleaner room and get our all-in bracelets but after paying they told us that, as it was a “different booking” it still doesn’t apply to the “minimum 3 night rule” for alcohol 🤯 Food was okay, beach was amazing but the I still wouldn’t recommend it because of their behavior, how they talked to us, the lack of information and honesty and ofc the cleanliness

En av de bästa i europeisk och skandinavisk klass. El Mouradi cap mahdia är en super fin hotell i världs klass. Service, personal, alincluse/super god mat och dryck, frihet och super relaxing och underhållning efter allas tycka. Mycket tråkigt att inte svenskarna upptäcker denna underbara lugna och fina hotell på alla sätt o vis. Tack för en underbar tid

The visit to Tunisia was excellent and I decided to spend time in your hotel. The hotel looks old but very nice and clean. The rooms are not modern, but they are clean, the bed linen is fresh and the bathrooms are very clean. The selection of food was really large but also tasty, sweet cakes, fresh fruits and cold juices contributed to my meal. The hotel staff, from the reception to the waiters, are very kind and nice. Special praise for the not good but the best waiter who was always available is Chiheb Eddin, smiling, cheerful and always at the service of the guest. Also, in addition to clean rooms, wonderful staff and workers in the hotel, there are also stars of the hotel, the animation group Schibo, Kiki, Ayman, Chef, Hossem, Mimi, Soula and Khoulound. They made my vacation better, taught me a lot of dances and kept my attention the whole time and no they are not good they are the best team. I will return to Tunisia again for them.See you son .
