ホテルの前には、食堂が沢山ありました。徒歩圏内にモール、オランダ広場へはグラブで10分、バスターミナルのマラッカセントラルへは20分程度です。 長距離バスはTBSもマラッカも混み合っているので、所要時間の1時間前には行きましょう。オンラインチケットでもボーディングパス（紙)への交換が必要です。※手数料0.7リンギット 食堂街の裏に、バクテーの名店があり朝から午後まで営業をしています。さっぱりしたマラッカのバクテーです。 ホテルは、ノボテルグループよりかなり昔に撤退しており、大なくホテルですが、スタッフはほぼネパールの人で、やや地域については知りませんが、ドアマンは親切で、ジムとサウナがありました。 総合すると、ハッテンホテルや、ジョンカーストリート辺りのホテルの方がお勧めかも知れません。 参考にしてください。

バユビューホテルマラッカに宿泊しました。立地が良く、移動に便利な、お手頃価格のホテルです。 客室はシンプルで居心地が良く、短期滞在に必要な設備は整っていました。清潔さは概ね良好でしたが、ベッドシーツとタオルがかなり古く、あまり清潔ではなかったのが少し残念でした。 良い点は、滞在中ずっとスタッフが親切で助かりました。ウォーターサーバーもあって助かりました。 全体的に、立地とフレンドリーなサービスを重視する低予算の旅行者には良い選択肢ですが、リネ​​ンとタオルのアップグレードは改善の余地があると思います。

ホテルは立地が非常に良いです。 ホテルのすぐ目の前にバス停があり、とても便利です。 しかし、部屋は非常に狭く、すべてコネクティングルームになっているため、防音対策が全くされていません。 隣室の会話やテレビの音が聞こえてきます。 非常に不快です。

Had a great Valentine’s Day celebration at tis property. Views were breathtaking, deco was beautiful, shower was full, bed was comfy and my date was perfect. Though the price was quite high to me but overall was awesome!

初日のチェックイン体験：最悪でした。 チェックイン自体はスムーズでした。 22階でエレベーターを降りた途端、廊下全体が蒸し暑く、息苦しい状態でした。エアコンは全く効いていませんでした。 その後、部屋に入りましたが、部屋全体が蒸し暑く、息苦しい状態でした。リモコンを使ってエアコンをつけましたが（家庭用の小型エアコンで、リビングと寝室にそれぞれ1台ずつ設置されていました）、20～30分ほど経っても部屋は徐々に涼しくなりませんでした。 エアコンが部屋全体を冷やすことができず、全員が汗だくになってしまいました。 リビングにはシングルベッドが2台、寝室にはクイーンサイズのベッドが1台ありました（ウェブサイトにはキングサイズベッドとシングルベッド2台と記載されていました）。 フロントに苦情を言いに行きました。小型エアコンでは広い部屋を冷やすには力不足で、小さな部屋でさえ冷えませんでした。コネクティングルームへの変更をお願いしました。デラックスルーム（スーパーシングルベッド2台）＋スイート（キングサイズベッド1台＋リビングエリア）への変更を提案されました。他に選択肢がなかったので、700リンギット追加で支払いました。フロントは、廊下のエアコンを技術者に点検させると言いましたが… 結局何も対応されませんでした…。 エレベーターのドアが特定の階で開き、宿泊客が到着すると、廊下全体が蒸し暑く息苦しいことに気づきました！ 私たちが案内されたのは15階の部屋でしたが…廊下はエアコンが効いておらず、蒸し暑かったです。フロントの方が涼しいくらいでした。 唯一良かった点は、スタッフの対応でした。 コネクティングルームはエアコンが効いていてずっと快適でした。2泊ゆっくり休むことができました。 周辺に飲食店やマッサージ店があり、立地は良いのですが、ホテルに対する印象は複雑です。プールも良さそうです。 ホテル自体は古びていて、アメニティも最低限のものしかありませんでした。ハウスキーピングの対応も遅く、追加の枕をお願いしましたが、結局持ってきてもらえませんでした。 二度と泊まりません。

An excellent experience overall. The room was immaculate, the service was professional, and the atmosphere was comfortable and well-maintained. I would gladly return.

この旅館の場所は中心街です(大きなショッピングモールまで徒歩圏内) Dataran Pahlawan & 近くの飲食店 カウンターのスタッフ、カンピウン氏はフレンドリーで、私たちが彼に近づくたびに笑顔です。 バスタオルの供給が非常に古くて黒いように、部屋のアメニティ/施設(A04)だけが改善する必要があります/シャワーカーテンが全長を覆うことができないため、シャワーの後、トイレの床が濡れます。

Very comfort to stayed with ur familys.Nearest to town, more facilities like shopping mall.Easy to access in out way.The pool also have a bigger space.Facilities in our room also in good condition like AirCond, SmartTV,Bath Tub, my kids very fun got into TUB..tqsm Lets Stay & Trip.com as a management side.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. While the front desk service was excellent and the room was clean and well-maintained, I unfortunately would not choose to stay here again, especially considering the price point. The room was also smaller than I expected, particularly the bathroom. Space felt quite limited, which made the stay less comfortable than anticipated. For the price paid, I expected a more spacious and practical room layout. The biggest issue for me, however, was the lack of soundproofing. The walls seem extremely thin, and I had a very poor night’s sleep because of the constant noise. I was repeatedly awakened throughout the night, starting from around 5AM. The noises came from both inside and outside the hotel, including motorcycles passing by, people talking and laughing loudly on the street, footsteps on the stairs, doors closing, cups and mugs being placed on tables, housekeeping activities, and vacuum cleaners. At times, the sounds felt as if they were coming from right next to my bed. For the rate charged, I believe there are other accommodations that offer much better value and a more comfortable sleeping environment. A good night’s rest is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property fell short in that regard. That being said, I would like to commend the staff for their friendly and helpful service. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and free-flow water available in the pantry. These were nice touches that enhanced the overall guest experience. Another positive aspect is the parking. For guests who are driving, the hotel provides complimentary parking spaces, and the parking area is relatively spacious. This makes it convenient and hassle-free for those traveling by car. Overall, the service and cleanliness were good, and I appreciated the parking facilities and pantry amenities. However, the small room size and poor sound insulation significantly impacted my stay. Unfortunately, this will likely be a one-time stay for me.

Very Muslim-friendly hotel. A Qibla direction is provided in the room, and you can request a prayer mat from the staff if one isn't already available. The management is friendly and very responsive to any requests. The room features a hot shower, complimentary soap and shampoo, plenty of hangers, and even two boxes of tissues. I also enjoyed the Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix access. Plus, there’s a Coway water dispenser located on the ground floor for convenience. Overall, a very comfortable stay and highly recommended!
