Security not safe, can access room from basement carpark. Toilet partition falling off, changed to another room slightly better but still falling off, is so dangerous (photo attached). Service : Maintenance department Indian boy is very polite and helpful, cafe staff is also very friendly and approachable. However, lobby receptionist Indian lady should be trained to be more polite and more welcoming attitude to guest.

The hotel has a great location. The staff are helpful. Hotel got provided welcome drink. The hotel is comfortable and clean, the twin king sizes bed with plenty of pillows, and it's suitable for a family of four. The balcony also offers a view of the Straits of Malacca. I would stay at this hotel again when i visit Malacca.

This is my 4th time staying in this place love the location and cleaniness of the place. Love the two bedroom with 2 toilet. Ease the use of toilet in the morning

The apartment is clean and comfy. The owner provides the baby bath tub and chair, just remember to reserve beforehand. Truly helpful and thoughtful. Recommend to parents traveling with kids. By the way, we all love the view and the pool!
