ムラカ・ジョンカーストリートのおすすめホテル

とても素敵で清潔なホテルでした。しかし、チェックイン時にちょっとしたトラブルがありました。チェックイン時間は午後3時と表示されていました。私たちは午後4時に到着しましたが、部屋はまだ準備ができていないと言われました。部屋を割り当てるのに1時間待たなければなりませんでした。そこで子供たちをホテルのプレイグラウンドに連れて行き、1時間後に受付に戻ると、さらに20分待つように言われました。20分以上待った後（受付にはスタッフが全くいませんでした）、再度問い合わせに行きました。すると、私たちの順番は（現在の宿泊客の次に）順番になると言われました。そこでまた待つことになり…結局、部屋の鍵を受け取るだけで約2時間も待たされました。その頃には、待ち時間のために私たちの計画はすべて台無しになっていました。連休だったため、マラッカの街を散策する時間はなく、翌日は高速道路の渋滞を避けるために早く出発しなければなりませんでした。全体的には良いホテルですが、チェックインの管理が最悪でした！ 2時間も無駄になってしまいました…。もし受付のスタッフが鍵の受け取りに2時間以上かかると伝えてくれていれば、ホテルで待たずにまず街へ出かけたかもしれません。この点が改善されることを期待しています。

Security not safe, can access room from basement carpark. Toilet partition falling off, changed to another room slightly better but still falling off, is so dangerous (photo attached). Service : Maintenance department Indian boy is very polite and helpful, cafe staff is also very friendly and approachable. However, lobby receptionist Indian lady should be trained to be more polite and more welcoming attitude to guest.

This is my 4th time staying in this place love the location and cleaniness of the place. Love the two bedroom with 2 toilet. Ease the use of toilet in the morning

Tempat ni memang padu utk keluarga cantik bersih semua Kemudahan ada, lagi satu yg paling penting senang berusuran dgn owner jgn ragu² utk buat temapahan pasti best

Everything was great except for the lift service of the building itself. The system of the lifts was so stupid that we waited almost an hour to get down from the 33th floor. In the end there were 20 people just waiting to go down. Out of 6 lifts only one comes when called/signal is given. Otherwise everything was clean and nice.

このホームステイは本当に驚きです!装飾スタイルはモダンでシンプルで、設備も整っています。オーナーはとても気配りが行き届いていることがわかります。部屋はきれいに掃除され、ベッドは快適で、ぐっすり眠れました。交通機関は便利で、周囲の環境は静かで、休暇でも出張でもとても適しています。価格性能比が非常に高く、快適な宿泊体験を求める友達に強くお勧めします!

Convenient location - short drive to Encore Melaka, Mahkota medical centre as well as Jonker street. Quiet neighbourhood, clean and cozy unit to rest and unwind. Value for money, happy to rebook if revisit Malacca with family.
