We have already stayed here twice for several days. What a wonderful and good hotel! Each time we stayed in the luxury - exquisit room. Lovely beds, super large terrace. But what makes it especially excellent here is the breakfast and dinner! Extremely delicious and extensive. We have stayed in many beautiful hotels, but no other hotel can match this! So delicious! It is also nice that they have a loyalty program, so we could already enjoy two bottles of delicious sparkling wine! Oh and dogs are also welcome here ! Super !

Beautiful boutique style hotel - fabulous service, the staff couldn’t do enough for us! Rooms are very cool and well appointed, comfy beds and really good hot showers. The breakfast choice is amazing as well as afternoon tea and snacks. One of the waiting staff even took a group of us skiing one day! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Top notch from start to finish….quality of product, friendliness and service level of staff and general atmosphere could not be faulted. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Really impressed by the offering, ambience and staff who went out of their way to accommodate requests and make our girls trip away an absolute pleasure.

We stayed at Hotel SEPP in January 2023 and were considering it for our wedding hotel. We booked a Woody room and were upgraded on arrival. We booked the room at $200 a night and when we checked out we found an extra person charge for $150 dollars a night for an extra person— in a king bed room. We have traveled many places and have never seen this type of charge on a two person room. It’s not at all expected and poorly advertised on the website. We don’t mind paying more if that’s what the room is worth but it needs to be clearly stated when booking and at least communicated at check in, which it was not. And come on, an extra person charge of $150 when the room was only $200? We could nearly have booked an entire additional room at that cost. If you’re going to have strange policies that amount to an additional $450 on a three night stay, they need to be CLEARLY communicated. Very disappointed and I cannot imagine how embarrassed I would be if I had chosen this for my wedding and my guests all this charge at the end of their stay.

A wonderfully quirky and fun hotel, a very clever original design with all public space in one open top floor which feels warm and very comfortable. If only it was in a more interesting ski area I'm not sure I'd ever go anywhere else. Loved the pool, saunas, food, staff, whole atmosphere. Rooms not huge (we had a roomy room) but have everything you need including the best hotel bed I've ever slept in. Right at the top of my list of places to stay.

Für mich ist es einfach das schönste Hotel in dem ich bisher war und ich habe in Deutschland noch nichts vergleichbares gefunden. Die Zimmer sind richtig stylish, gemütlich und sauber. (Ich war bereits im Cosy, Roomy, Sporty und Woody) Und die Betten haben den gemütlichsten Topper der Welt – brauch ich für daheim! Der Pool und die Saunen sind einfach nur perfekt zum Abschalten oder um das ein oder andere Getränk im Pool, umgeben von der traumhaften Bergkulisse, zu genießen. Der Dachboden mit der offenen Küche, das krasseste Frühstücksbüffet, die Bar, die Teebar… wo soll ich aufhören? Aber was ist das Besondere am SEPP? Die lieben Menschen, die hier mit Herzblut arbeiten und keine Wünsche offen lassen. Lisa- die Gastgeberin des Hauses mit ihrer herrlich offenen herzlichen Art, Ronny – der für mich weltbeste Koch, der uns jedes Mal mit seiner Kochkunst verwöhnt, Karo, Nico, Joni, Lena…ach einfach ALLE: ihr seid der Hammer! Kurz: Wer im SEPP was zu meckern findet, der will meckern.

Wir waren im Dezember über Silvester im Hotel Sepp und können nur sagen, es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr professionell – ob morgens, mittags oder abends. Es war deutlich zu spüren, dass die Mitarbeiter ihren Job mit Leidenschaft machen.
