Excellent stay at Nobu Marrakech! Everything about my stay was fantastic. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy and everything you need is taken care of. I specifically want to call out Hicham and Houssain. My friend organized a bottle of champagne and flowers to be delivered to my room while I was out on a tour. I came back to a beautiful arrangement and champagne on ice. Very nice touch Nobu! Houssain was also extremely helpful and hospitable with coordinating transfers and tours of Marrakech on my last day at the hotel. My entire stay in Morocco and Marrakech specifically were impeccable. My only thing that I didn’t care for was my bathroom in my suite. Quite small and the drain for the shower was right below the rain shower head. The shower, tub setup was not well designed and when you’re standing under the shower head, you’re basically standing over a metal cap that covers the drain. Everything else and everyone was amazing! Oh and I went to the Agafay desert one night and came back full of mosquitoe bites. The waiter at breakfast was even nice enough to apply limes to them and help me soothe the discomfort of the bites on my legs. Talk about going above and beyond!! Thank you for the lovely stay. Would stay here again for sure!!

Most definitely I am returning back to Nobu the next time I visit Marrakech. 3 nights there and it felt that I could have stayed more. Located 2 mins walk from the Medina Marrakech walls, it is away from the touristic craziness and yet so close to it. It is also within the so called “Golden Triangle” with most fancy and luxurious clubs, rooftops being there. It is a very new hotel, just 1 year old. We got collected from the airport (15 mins drive), welcomed with tea and quickly checked in. The rooms are spacious, perfectly furnished, excellent air-conditioning system. Super comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast is formidable, during the weekend there is a chill traditional live Moroccan music provided by a local guy. The rooftop is the other thing worth being mentioned. Almost a 360C view, place for drinks, dinner, sun-bathing, excellent sound system with a DJ delivering Afro-Oriental house music… and a perfect view towards the Medina walls and the sunset. The staff is kind, friendly and attentive. Even if sometimes not very quick, you can see. that they are doing their best. I enjoyed every single minute staying at Nobu Marrakech

I love Marrakesh and I was so glad that Nobu Hotel is there The warm welcome, impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, culinary delights like local and international food,recreational facilities, day and night amazing music and attention to detail was a truly memorable experience. We left with cherished memories and a desire to return, knowing that another good time awaits us in the future.

Amazing stay!! I’ll definitely come back, the staff was amazing and the food out of this world. Went with friends and it was a perfect getaway. The whole stay set a new standard to any and all hotel experiences in my future. Continue and we will be hapoy to visit again!

Our stay was truly exceptional! The service was impeccable, and the attention to detail in style and decor made our experience unforgettable. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gestures and surprises they had for us throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable hotel experience! We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel for several reasons. The first issue happened at our arrival. The manager told us that our room would have a lovely view, but the reality was quite the opposite. Our view was of the hotel parking lot… disappointing. Secondly, the service was also disappointing. The staff at the reception desk and the hosts in the restaurants (both the lounge and the rooftop) were not very warm or welcoming. Sometimes, we had to wait several minutes before anyone would even acknowledge us or offer assistance. The most shocking aspect of our stay, given the hotel's supposed caliber, was the room service. Often, when we needed something and called the front desk, no one answered the phone. When I called to request clean towels for our room, it took at least 40 minutes for someone to bring them. By then, I had already dried off without them—it was far too late. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the hallways, the beds, and the pillows—a mix of cheap perfume and mustiness. The hotel should really air out the rooms more frequently. On a positive note, the food was quite good, and our servers were friendly and helpful. Overall, we were disappointed because, given the price and the reputation of the hotel, the service was not up to par. We expected much better and hope the hotel will address these issues.

Dinner was delicious, view is gorgeous and restaurant even more amazing. Fab magician, music and a**osphere. Unfortunately I did tell them twice it was my mums 50th birthday and despite the people behind us being sung happy birthday too and being given a free dessert we did not get anything which is a shame.
