マラケシュ リヤド パルク オールインクルーシブ(Marrakech Ryads Parc All Inclusive)

環境和設施不錯。酒店前台有個旅遊代訂人員非常奇怪。第一天辦入住時跟我介紹有代訂項目，我聽過之後説謝謝，也沒要預訂。第二天見到我問我怎麼沒來找他訂項目，讓我給他道歉？？？什麼意思？？其他服務人員也不算熱情

We arrived on the 19th of December as a family for chris**as,from the second of arriving at the hotel we felt welcomed,the rep helped us get our room sorted straight away, The staff all round this resort are friendly and will do anything to help! Nothing was too much trouble, The room was amazing,spotless room 210, The food is unbelievable for a all inclusive resort even the snack bar beside the pool was brilliant, Chris**as displays was amazing,Even Santa on a Camel haha, Animation team is unbelievable,and we have booked to return in under 5months, This resort is easily 5stars from us and we’ve travelled to come very exotic Destinations including Maldives,Caribbean but this beat the lot, We would advise to do the camel trip and it’s such fun for a family, Thanks for making us welcome,can’t wait to be back in may 2024

Better than we expected! Moroccan food was tasty, place was spotless, cleaners and facilities staff worked relentless, staff and reception very friendly. Spoke some English but mostly French, Arabic but that’s Morocco! Pool is cold like people say but it’s refreshing when you’re in the Moroccan heat. We had room 1201 further away from main hotel but near pool and slightly less quiet. Didn’t need to put towels down as plenty of spare loungers even at 11. Bus available throughout day to Medina. Don’t expect lots of English food for kids but we go abroad for the local food. Entertainment for young kids good but Adults not good, but nothing we needed. Limited alcohol selection, and only until 11pm which is good as it stops late night partying. Cash machine works. Only negative is we arrived lunch and had to wait until 2pm for the room, We would definitely return!!

Good Points First! Cleanliness, hotel grounds are well kept and rooms were very clean Spacious rooms well equipped and good aircon Food, plentiful, lots of choice Staff, attentive, animation staff were great, energetic, not too pushy and really enjoyed their work. Reception staff helpful Entertainment, They seemed to have something on each night although we didnt partake it was there Wifi, excellent throughout the resort Pool was large and lots of sunbeds Bad points Beds are very hard. It will suit some people but if you don't like a very very firm bed this will not suit for a longer stay Food, Almost nothing was labelled. Its not much of an issue for us but if you have allergies or intolerances this place is not for you Drinks. We found it really hard to drink here. The wine was all awful, beers were awful and only one choice of each. Coke (Pepsi is served but apart from the pool bar its all out of a bottle and into wet glasses meaning its instantly flat. No fresh juices either. For a non alcohol drinker this made it rather boring. We stayed in the hotel nest door last year and that had a much better selection of drinks Sunbed, most were plastic with no cushions. This made for an uncomfortable day by the pool. Summery, for the money and weather this is not a bad pick at all for a short break but we have enjoyed last years stay at another hotel better.

Gorgeous hotel set in beautiful grounds. But this is a warning to all female guests to stay away from Simon. It’s a common scam in Morocco for the men to try and get money by telling the girls they love them etc and see a future together... Trust me, you’re not the only one they tell these things to. There will then be numerous catastrophes and injuries/accidents where he needs you to send money. It’s all lies. Do not fall for this. He may seem charming but he’s a scammer and a liar so don’t fall for it! Have your wits about you. It really is a shame as we would not return to this hotel because of Simon. He prays on vulnerable women and it really lets the team down.

After reading some bad reviews previously to visiting last weekend I was very apprehensive. But upon arrival and being treated well with baggage and a very pleasant experience in reception. After booking in we was informed lunch was available and our rooms would be available around 2pm. The rooms were spotlessly clean and were attended to every day, Over the course of our 4 day stay the staff were always pleasant and the food (we were all inclusive) breakfast, lunch and dinner was always varied including different dishes available everyday… well impressed. The only small negative was our bathroom was dated and had some slightly bad repairs on the bath but the shower was good Though and the small pool needs some small repairs as tiles were missing. Will definitely look to return when a short break is needed again.

Noisy animation all day long. Too loud if you want a peaceful holiday..food same every day. Reception not particularly friendly. Allocated our room only to find someone already in it. Celebrating our wedding anniversary...not a romantic hotel

Have been to this hotel, 4 times in last 2 years, going back in Sept 24. It would be VERY hard to find a more relaxing place, the staff are fantastic, nothing seems too much trouble. They are genuinely happy to see you and make your stay a pleasure. Every body should experience this hotel at least once in their life

good animation team, alex was really great animation team, amazing service everyone so lovely so much to do best holiday. honestly the best vibes so relaxing weather was lovely, i recommend if you want a very good experience of a holiday then to go to marrakech ryads parc and spa as it was honestly the best x
