This hotel shouldn’t be listed under a 3 star hotel as they don’t focus on good service. The staff is lil courteous but they don’t bother about customer satisfaction when something is reported. Had trouble with hot water during our stay and the kids had to shower cold in the early morning. They kept us waiting for almost 2 hours for hot water but to no avail atlas. I would not recommend this hotel to people who expect quality and customer satisfaction. They clearly don’t care !!!

I had stayed in the same place about a year ago, when it was newly opened. The points are 1. Maintenance and cleaning is not good. 2. The place still has no restaurant. Gets very limited breakfast from outside.

The room was good and basic amenities provided, sufficient car parking is available. It is very near to the temple, so it is best for people visiting the temple. No restaurant available, which is not good for people staying with kids and elderly. Pricing is a bit costly compared to other hotels near by. I recommend this hotel

Location is very good. Very close to the mayuranathar temple. Rooms are near, well maintained. Staff are cordial. The have a cab service attached to the hotel. The cabs are good and are available in various capacities depending on the need of the guests. The cabs service is also good and is reasonably priced. Overall, the stay experience is very good.

The rooms were neat and clean, all facilities are good but this cannot be categorized as a 3 star hotel. The parking is very limited compared the no of rooms. Many cars were parked outside on the roadside. For a hotel to be rated as 3 star, they should be having good parking facilities in proportion to the no of rooms.

Nice place and comfortable stay. But the biggest drawback is that there in no attached restaurant. They do provide good breakfast from outside though. The restaurants are not also nearby
